摘要

對許多組織而言，軟體開發專案帶來的風險具多樣化且是一項艱鉅的任務，由於企業對於內製資訊系統開發專案風險管控意識不高，因此，若有一套軟體開發專案風險分類可供參考，將可降低投注於專案相關資源上的浪費。
本研究的目的將探討內製資訊系統開發專案10大風險因子及影響內製資訊系統開發專案成功因子。
本研究分別依據Schmidt等人於2001年、Wallace等人於2004年及Verner等人於2005年所提出的風險列表及專案成功因子為基礎，運用問卷法以收集內製資訊系統風險因子及專案成功因子，最後對風險因子進行曝險值排序，及對專案成功因子進行影響值排序，專案管理者可由此研究，對內製資訊系統開發專案會面臨之風險，及影響專案成功之因子有更全面的了解，並作為相關專案規劃執行策略之參考。

For many organizations, the software development project is a tuff job and it has a variety of risk. The normal company, the project department has no enough sense on the control of the project risk, so if there is one classification of the software development project risk, it will lower the waste while doing the project development.
The purpose of this study is to explore 10 risk factors and the project success factors of the In-House Information System.
This study were based on the list of risk factors and project success which were supplied by Schmidt et al in 2001, Wallace et al in 2004 and Verner et al in 2005. And use questionnaires to collect information systems within the system, risk factors and project success factor. At last, it makes an exposures sort for the value of risk factors and a value ordering of the impact on project success factors. Project managers can have a more comprehensive understanding about the research on the risk and impact of project success factors In-House Information System Development Project and let it a reference of the related project planning and the implementation strategies.
