摘要


PI(polyimide)在光電產業扮演重要的角色,在LCD的製程中,大量的使用PI,作為配向膜,使液晶能夠站立。本實驗先從乾燥的溫度來作條件,引出PI縮膜趨勢,接著藉由改變加熱的方式,改善PI縮膜的現象,不使面板呈現角落邊緣偏白缺陷的現象。

PI (polyimide) plays an important role in the optoelectronics industry. In the LCD manufacturing process, with a large number of PI, as alignment film to a liquid crystal have pre-tilt angle. In this study, the temperature for the start drying conditions, leads to reduced membrane PI trend, then by changing the heating means, to improve the PI shrink film, which is not made a corner edge of the panel showing the white side of the phenomenon.
