由於企業經營的國際化與提升產品競爭力的需求,本研究探討一個高科技面板產業公司當在海外設廠時,該如何選擇企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP) 使得公司經營更有效率。本研究以台灣某知名面板廠為例,當企業本體在海外設廠時,在考慮使用ERP系統時,該選那個公司所該開發的軟體最適合。本研究首先使用修正德爾菲法,參考相關文獻並諮詢專家意見列入決策初始考慮因素,進而再以問卷方式詢問,以信度與效度分析方法決定準則層級架構。再進一步蒐集更廣泛意見以AHP軟體Expert Choices計算各主要準則與次要準則之權重,並加以排序,以瞭解國內許多專家對在海外設廠之觀點。 由於海外設廠為個案公司之決策,使用何種ERP軟體最適合個案公司,個案公司相關部門員工最瞭解。因此就公司高層所屬意之四家ERP軟體供應商:N、Y、L、Z公司,邀請公司相關部門員工加以評分,再使用灰色多屬性分析方法,綜合這些員工之意見,並對相關結果加以討論,做為該公司之海外模組廠導入之參考方針。研究結論如下:最適方案依序為N、Z、Y及L公司。
Due to the rapid advancement of technology in high-tech products, and the drastic increase in worldwide market demand for these products, enterprises must enhance their competitiveness in production, marketing, management, etc. The enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is essential in integrating the global supply chain business operations of enterprises. This research presents a model with the aim to resolve the ERP supplier selection problem encountered by a well-known TFT-LCD manufacturer, which has recently decided to construct a new overseas plant. Four worldwide famous ERP suppliers are being considered by management, namely N, Y, L, and Z. The proposed model comprises two parts. The first part uses the modified Delphi technique to identify suitable criteria for evaluating the ERP suppliers, after which the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to determine the relative weights of the criteria. The second part adopts the gray multi-attribute decision method to rank the four supplier candidates, using the weights obtained in the first part. The case company employees from relevant departments participated in evaluating the four suppliers, and the resulting preference order is N, Z, Y, L.
