藉由服務提升促進產業競爭力之研究-以臺灣銀樓產業為例

摘要


本研究主要是針對目前臺灣銀樓產業在面對經濟環境變遷及消費者消費型態改變下,如何藉由服務提升跟上市場的腳步,扭轉消費者對於銀樓傳統之印象,提升整體產業競爭力。本文從「服務提升」角度進行探討,做為產業運作主要差異化訴求,期望得之結論可作為銀樓產業實際運作之參考。本研究首先藉由產業分析找出臺灣銀樓產業目前所遭遇之困境,再以文獻探討找出有利提升產業競爭力之要素,透過訪談與參與觀察之方法歸納出有效提昇產業競爭力之要件。本論文最後同時也給予臺灣銀樓產業若干建議,期許這些結果能提供產業內經營者未來經營著墨之參考。

This research mainly describes the current jewelry industry in Taiwan that is in the face of changes in economic circumstances and consumer experience under the state change, and how to keep up with the market pace by service upgrades, reversing the consumers’ impression and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry. In the discussion from the perspective of service upgrade, the conclusion is expected as the reference of the actual practice of the jewelry industry according to the differentiated demands from industry operation. In the first section, the adversity in Taiwan is presented by industrial analysis. Then the essential factors to promote industrial competitiveness are induced from related work and these necessary elements are also summarized through interviews and visiting. Finally, several suggestions are given to provide references for industry operators’ future management.
