美沙東醫療服務成效評估-以地區醫院為例

藥物使用是生活的一部份，正常使用藥物治療疾病，對生命的維持有正向的貢獻。藥物毒品的濫用，造成社會成本極大的負擔，藥物毒品氾濫不僅危害使用者的身心健康，造成家庭的不幸，危害社會治安。研究方法在於探討在地區醫院對於毒品勒戒者使用美沙東替代療法的成效，作者收集2010-2013 年至地區醫院進行美沙東替代療法的毒品犯罪者做為研究樣本進行分析。分析的結果女性願意進行美沙東替代療法的意願較男性來的高，學歷越高越願意接受美沙東替代療法來進行戒斷的方法，另一方面病患服用美沙東替代療法以交通便利的方便性為主，對於勒戒失敗的因素中的經濟因素值得政府機關重視，最後本院除了有「美沙冬替代療法」，也進行「丁基原啡因替代療法」，這也是提供讓病患用藥方便的一個替代療法，也許在未來的探討，更多的患者採用「丁基原啡因替代療法」，讓病患更能恢復日常生活功能與降低經濟壓力。

Drug use is a part of life, the normal use of drugs treat diseases of life to maintain a positive contribution. Drug abuse drugs, resulting in a heavy burden of social costs, drug users spread of drugs is not only harmful physical and mental health, resulting in unfortunate family, endanger public security. Research methods to explore the regional hospital for drug rehab in use by methadone substitution therapy effectiveness, the authors collected 2010-2013 to the district hospital for methadone substitution therapy for drug offenders as a research sample for analysis. Analysis of the results women willing to methadone replacement therapy than men to the wishes of the high, the more willing to accept the higher education methadone replacement therapy for withdrawal method, on the other patients were taking methadone replacement therapy in order to facilitate easy transportation of the main factors for the ANC failed economic factors that deserve attention to government authorities, the last hospital in addition to "methadone maintenance therapy," also "buprenorphine substitution therapy", which is also provided to allow easy patient medication an alternative therapy, perhaps in the future discussion, more patients with "buprenorphine substitution therapy" so that patients can better restore function and reduce daily economic pressures.
