國小教師工作價值觀與幸福感之研究—以桃園縣為例

摘要


國小教師工作價值觀與幸福感之研究 —以桃園縣為例 研究生:王姿婷 指導教授:劉宜君 博士 元智大學社會暨政策科學學系碩士班 摘 要 本研究旨在了解桃園縣公立國民小學教師知覺工作價值觀與幸福感之現況及兩者之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,共抽取30所桃園縣公立國民小學460位教師。研究工具有「國小教師工作價值觀量表」與「國小教師幸福感量表」,調查所得資料以描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、史皮爾曼相關分析等方法來進行統計分析。本研究的主要發現如下:桃園縣公立國民小學教師大多知覺其工作價值觀認同現況良好。桃園縣公立國民小學教師大多知覺其幸福感現況良好。不同性別、學校規模、學校地區之桃園縣公立國民小學教師,在整體工作價值觀認同及其分層上有顯著差異。不同婚姻狀況、學校規模之桃園縣公立國民小學教師,在整體幸福感知覺及其分層上有顯著差異。桃園縣公立國民小學教師知覺工作價值觀與幸福感具有中度正相關。 針對上述結果,本研究建議教育主管機關應保障教師的工作權益、賦予學校權利處理教育相關的事務;學校應鼓勵教師追求專業成長,設定人生目標、工作職務與資源的安排需合理公平,適當調整輪替;國小教師應練習自我肯定,紓解負面情緒、妥善規劃財務,因應不同生涯階段的需求。 關鍵字:需求滿足、工作價值觀、幸福感

A Study of Work Value and Subjective Well-Being in Elementary School Teachers — Taoyuan County as a Case Study Student:Tzu-Ting Wang Advisor:Ph. D. I-Chun Liu Graduate School of Social and Policy Sciences Yuan Ze University Abstract The main purpose of the study is to understand the present situation of the work value and subjective well-being of public elementary school teachers, and the relationships between the two. The research is conducted by a questionnaire collected from 460 teachers in 30 elementary schools in Taoyuan county. The research tools include “The Scale of Elementary School Teachers’ Work Value” and “The Scale of Elementary School Teachers’ Subjective Well-Being”. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Spearman's rank correlation. The conclusions of the research are as follows: The pubic elementary school teachers of Taoyuan county have good work value. The pubic elementary school teachers of Taoyuan county have good subjective well-being. Significant differences were found in the public elementary school teachers’ work value in terms of different genders, school sizes and school locations. Significant differences were found in the public elementary school teachers’ subjective well-being in terms of different marital statuses and school sizes. There is a moderate positive correlation between the public elementary school teachers’ work value and subjective well-being. According to the results stated above, suggestions are given to the administrative organizations of education, the elementary schools, and the teachers of elementary schools respectively. This research suggests the administrative organizations of education: defense of rights of teachers' work and give schools the right to deal with matters related to education. This research suggests the elementary schools: encourage teachers to pursue professional growth and to set life goals and make sure jobs match resources and jobs should be rotated appropriately. This research suggests the teachers of elementary schools: practice self-affirmation and relieve negative emotions and have well-planed finances, to meet the needs of different career stages.
