中文摘要 對台灣產芸香科花椒屬植物蘭嶼花椒(Zanthoxylum integrifoliolum)之根材及藤花椒(Z. scandens)之莖皮進行化學成分及anti-HIV活性研究。迄今自蘭嶼花椒(Z. integrifoliolum)根材分離得到25種化合物包括: 4-isopentenyloxycinnamaldehyde (1), 4-[4-(3-hydroxypropenyl)phenoxy]-2-methylbut-2-en-1-ol (2), N-methylanthranilic acid (3), tetrahydropalmatrubine (4), flindersine (5), N-methylflindersine (6), dictamnine (7), robustine (8), skimmianine (9), g-fagarine (10), 4-methoxy-1-methyl-2-quinolone (11), canthin-6-one (12), rutaecarpine (13), decarine (14), norchelerythrine (15), aesculetin dimethyl ether (16), 6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin (17), vanillin (18), syringaldehyde (19), coniferaldehyde (20), evofolin-C (21), (+)-sesamin (22), lupeol (23), b-sitosterol (24)及stigmasterol (25)。其中8種已知成分: 3, 4, 5, 6, 18, 19, 20及 21 係屬首次自本植物分離得到。1及2為自天然界首次分離得到之新化合物。自藤花椒(Z. scandens)莖皮迄今分離得到10種化合物包括: 14, 15, 18, oxychelerythrine (26), rhoifoline B (27), tetracosyl ferulate (28), arnottiamide (29), methyl vanillate (30), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl hexacosanoate (31)及zanthodione (32)。其中6種已知成分18, 26, 27, 28, 30及31係屬首次自本植物分離得到。而32為天然界首次分離得到之新化合物。以上化合物之構造解析由光譜數據決定。 目前分離所得到的化合物中,10, 11及14三種化合物具有體外抗HIV活性。
ABSTRCT As a series of studies on the chemical constitutents and anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) activities of Formosan plants, the root wood of Zanthoxylum integrifoliolum, and the stem bark of Z. scandens were investigated. From the root wood of the Z. integrifoliolum, twenty-five compounds have been isolated: 4-isopentenyloxycinnamaldehyde (1), 4-[4-(3-hydroxypropenyl)phenoxy]-2-methylbut-2-en-1-ol (2), N-methylanthranilic acid (3), tetrahydropalmatrubine (4), flindersine (5), N-methylflindersine (6), dictamnine (7), robustine (8), skimmianine (9), g-fagarine (10), 4-methoxy-1-methyl-2-quinolone (11), canthin-6-one (12), rutaecarpine (13), decarine (14), norchelerythrine (15), aesculetin dimethyl ether (16), 6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin (17), vanillin (18), syringaldehyde (19), coniferaldehyde (20), evofolin-C (21), (+)-sesamin (22), lupeol (23), b-sitosterol (24) and stigmasterol (25). Eight known compounds: 3, 4, 5, 6, 18, 19, 20 and 21 were isolated for first time from this plant, and 1, 2 were new compounds from nature. Ten compounds have been isolated from the stem bark of Z. scandens: 14, 15, 19, oxychelerythrine (26), rhiofolines B (27), tetracosyl ferulate (28), arnottiamide (29), methyl vanillate (30), 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl hexacosanoate (31) and zanthdione (32). Six known compounds: 18, 26, 27, 28, 30 and 31 were isolated for first time from this plant. Compound 32 is a new compound. The structures of the isolates were elucidated by spectroscopic evidence. Among them, 10, 11 and 14 showed anti-HIV activity in vitro.
