區域保存之實踐─以桃園縣客家文化生活體驗園區為例

摘要

近年來區域型的保存方式，成為維護文化資產的重要觀念，各地方之地方文化館也漸與周邊有形及無形文化資產結盟，以生態博物館的概念形成文化網絡。因此如何在地域內運用「生態博物館」與「文化資產保存」觀念，以形成整體性的保存便是個重要的論題。
　　本研究便透過瞭解「生態博物館」與「文化資產保存」觀點之保存價值觀，及其相輔關係，建構一個可為區域完整保存的概念。文中以桃園縣客家文化生活體驗園區為探討案例，分析其運作情況與各層級之參與模式，檢視該場域中的保存實踐與文化資產詮釋，並以整合的區域保存觀念加以分析、討論及導引出研究結果，再為區域保存之實踐及桃園縣客家生活體驗園區提出改善建議。
　　經研究歷程，得出以下論題：
　　一、「文化資產保存」與「生態博物館」領域之保存觀點在執行層面上呈現出必要的互補關係。
　　二、地域內所選用的保存方式將影響地域內整體生活面貌的呈現；所採取的遺產詮釋方向亦對地方生活樣態帶來影響。
　　三、以區域保存為目標之「生態博物館」觀點及「文化資產保存」觀點中，在地社群皆扮演了保護文化資產及持續傳承的關鍵性角色，對地方的整體形塑亦有正向幫助。
　　四、從事區域保存時，需有一個具體且整合的保存觀念，地域內之整體脈絡方可被完整的呈述。

In recent years, regional conservation has become an important conception in heritage conservation. Local cultural museums have gradually connected with there surrounding tangible and intangible cultural heritage, and formed the cultural network in the way of the conception of ecomuseum. Hence, how to use this kind of conceptions of ‘ecomuseum’ and ‘cultural heritage conservation’ in the local area, and to get a whole regional conservation purpose has been becoming an important issue.
This study is to construct a wholly regional conservation conception through the values and its complementary relationship of ‘ecomuseum’ and ‘cultural heritage conservation’. The study takes Taoyuan Hakka Culture Life Experience Park as the case. To analyze it operation and participation modes, investigate its conservation practices and the ways of interpretations for their cultural heritage. Based on the wholly regional conservation conception, combining with the analysis and discussion by the way of ‘ecomuseum’ and ‘cultural heritage conservation’ conceptions and then lead to the study results. After that, some suggestions for the practices of regional conservation and Taoyuan Hakka Culture Life Experience Park will be proposed.
By this study processes, it carries out four conclusions as follows:
1. In executive aspect, the preservation point of view of ‘cultural heritage conservation’ and ‘ecomuseum’ exist an essential complementary relationship.
2. The methods of conservation will affect the presentation of living style of a region. Likewise, the way of interpretation also has an effect on the living mode for that region.
3. In ‘ecomuseum’ or ‘cultural heritage conservation’ perspective, which take regional conservation as the objective, local communities play the key role in preserving and passing down their cultural heritage. Besides, it also gives positive effect in regional formation.
4. When engaging a work of regional conservation, there needs a concrete and integrate conservation conception to present the whole context of that region.
