由於職業的多樣化,以及電腦應用層面的普及,操作電腦早已成為我們生活和工作的ㄧ部份,「人機」的相互影響不容忽視。 本研究以辦公室中電腦使用者為對象,採用線性結構模式來進行分析,分析後發現,人因因素、肌肉骨骼不適會對工作壓力因素造成顯著直接的影響;工作壓力因素亦會對工作滿意因素產生顯著直接的影響。間接影響方面,人因因素會藉由產生肌肉骨骼不適之中介效果影響,而顯著的影響工作壓力的產生;人因因素也會藉由產生工作壓力之中介效果影響,而顯著的影響工作滿意;最後,肌肉骨骼不適的產生會藉由產生工作壓力,間接的影響工作滿意。 因此,個人或是組織應該要設法改善電腦工作站之設計擺設,個人操作電腦時的姿勢亦要相對注意,隨時保持正確姿勢。如果公司提供一個良好的工作環境,減低員工心理層面的壓力以及生理方面的身體不適,提升其工作滿意,對公司而言,可以節省公司開銷、降低離職率、提高生產力與績效;對員工個人而言,一方面可減少因工作引起的肌肉骨骼不適以及工作壓力,而可以有更健康的身心發展,另一方面,則可以增加個人的工作動機。
Because of the occupation variety and the prevalence and wide application of computing technology, computer using seems to have become a part of our daily life and of our job. The interaction effects between human and machine in work place have generated a lot of problems which simply can not be ignored. The purpose of this study, therefore, is to explore the relationships among ergonomic factors, cumulative trauma disorders, work stress, and job satisfaction. After analyzing the data with structural equation modeling(SEM), main empirical findings are summarized as follows: ergonomic factors and cumulative trauma disorders have significant direct effects on work stress;work stress also has significant direct effects on job satisfaction. Cumulative trauma disorders have mediating effects between ergonomic factors and work stress;work stress has mediating effects between cumulative trauma disorders and job satisfaction;Also, work stress has mediating effects between ergonomic factors and job satisfaction. From the perspectives of human resource management, if the company can provide their employees with good work environment and can reduce their work stress and physical discomfort, their job satisfaction may be able to be increased. Companies may then benefit from decreased turnover rates and from increased productivity and organizational performance. Employees, on the one hand, may reduce cumulative trauma disorders and work stress, facilitate better health conditions, on the other hand, may also reinforce their work motivations.
