各級學校紛紛建立數位學習來改善教學成效。然而,各界仍不斷質疑其有用性或有效性。 本研究以某私立大學運作三年的數位學習系統為研究對象,從分析系統使用數據去探討運用情形與問題,再以資訊系統成功模式為基礎,建立問卷調查架構,針對學校師生分別實施問卷調查,以探索影響系統使用行為及效益的因素。 經系統數據分析發現,該系統除測驗及公告外,各功能使用率都大幅成長,使用率也因各學院而有所不同。 經問卷數據發現,系統特性與實際使用行為呈正向相關、環境推動與實際使用行為呈正向相關、實際使用行為與系統使用效益呈正向相關;不同年齡的校師、不同學程的學生與使用者科系對系統特性、環境推動、系統效益看法及實際使用行為有顯著差異。本研究結果冀望可作為相關研究及該校系統使用上的參考。
Schools at all levels have established all kinds of E-Learning systems to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning. However, there much debate about the effectiveness and usefulness of such systems. This study aims at an E-Learning system operating for three years in a private university. By analyzing its usage data, we attempt to understand the general conditions and further formulate problems. Two surveys were later conducted, based upon an implementation success model, for students and faculty respectively to investigate their using behaviors and some possible affecting factors. The system data statistics have shown a substantial growth of usage on most functions such as teaching materials and discussions, with exception on questionnaire and testing with relatively low utilization rate. Different schools have different patterns in using the system. Based on the questionnaire data, it displayed that system feature is positively correlated with actual usage behavior. Environmental push is positively correlated with actual usage behavior. The actual usage behavior is positively correlated with system efficiency. School teachers of different ages, different learning processes of students and user faculty are significant differences with system feature, environmental push, actual usage behavior and system efficiency. This results is expect to be used as a reference and research on the school system.
