本論文以詮釋現象學分析法為進路研究地方教會的宣教動力發展。首先,藉由深度訪談與焦點團體訪談的方法,深入理解大光教會與林子內教會的宣教動力發展脈絡,進而理解出兩者各自所看重的核心價值:大光教會以佈道做為教會的核心價值,林子內教會則以靈命塑造做為教會的核心價值。經由筆者研究發現兩者所建構出的教會宣教模式是:大光教會─以佈道建造教會,完成大使命的教會;林子內教會─以靈命塑造為導向,建構心靈故鄉的教會。 再則,本論文所關心的是宣教神學問題,因此在理解出這兩間教會的宣教模式後,必然需要對其宣教神學有所分析與反省。筆者試著以教會從主耶穌基督身上所領受的三個重要職分:先知、祭司、僕人,來反思兩間教會對其身分的表達,及其所建構出教會宣教動力展現的面貌;並以筆者所整理出有關宣教的定義,來反省兩間教會在宣教發展上的相關問題。 最後,再以理解、反思、行動、整合四個循環,再次歸納並說明本論文的架構發展,提出筆者藉由本論文所建構出來研究地方教會宣教動力的方法。 這是一趟參與兩間教會宣教動力發展的旅程,在深入理解他們的心路歷程後,得以擴展自己更寬廣的宣教視野,同時心志也被其宣教之熱情給激勵了。
This thesis uses the interpretative phenomenological analysis as an approach to comprehend the development of local church’s missionary dynamics. First of all, by using in-depth interviews and focus group interviews to understand the development of the missionary dynamics of the Great Light Church and the Linzinei Church, the author comprehends the core values of these two churches: the Great Light Church takes the evangelism as its core value of the church, while the Linzinei Church takes the construction of spiritual life as its core value of the church. Through the author’s research, it is found that the missionary models constructed by these two churches are: the Great Light Church builds the church by evangelism to accomplish the great mission, and the Linzinei Church builds the church as a spiritual homeland oriented by the construction of spiritual life. Furthermore, this thesis is concerned about the issue of missionary theology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and reflect on the missionary theology after understanding the missionary models of these two churches. Through three important positions, the prophet, the priest and the servant, which the church has received from the Lord Jesus Christ, the author tries to reflect on the expression of its identity and the demonstration of its missionary dynamics of these two churches. The author also tries to reflect on the related issues of the missionary development of these two churches through the definitions of missionary organized by the author. Finally, by concluding and explaining the development of this thesis with four cycles of understanding, reflection, action, and integration, the author brings up the methods constructed by local church’s missionary dynamics discovered in this thesis. This is a journey to participate in the development of the missionary dynamics of these two churches. After deeply understanding their progress of development, one can expand a broader vision about missionary and his mind is also inspired by their passions for missionary.
