美容業服務創新模式之實證研究

摘要


摘要 本研究宗旨在探討台灣美容業服務創新模式,研究對象為12位台灣美容業的高階主管,針對研究主題進行深入的論述,進而建構台灣美容業服務創新模式的分析架構並且運用AHP專家問卷,來探討各個構面間相對權重。 本研究整合了相關文獻、專家意見問卷表,使用層級分析法進行實證,並且發展出一個主要構面及四個次要構面之重要命題:在台灣美容業服務創新模式之主要的構面「遞送流程之新穎度」為最重要,「服務修正」排第二,而「服務對市場的新穎度」構面第三,「服務對公司之新穎度」構面排第四最後。 在台灣美容業服務創新模式之構面中的四個次要構面: (1)「遞送流程之新穎度」構面中以「服務品質」的架構較為關鍵。 (2)「服務修正」構面中以「新商品及新服務發展」的架構較為關鍵。 (3)「服務對市場的新穎度」構面中以「發展競爭性商品」的架構較 為關鍵。 (4)「服務對公司之新穎度」構面中以「公司不斷創新」的架構較為 關鍵。

Abstract In the study, it aims to explore the service innovation model of Taiwan beauty industries. The main research subjects are 12 top executives from Taiwan beauty industries. To this research topic, we will discuss in depth to build the analytical framework of service innovation model in Taiwan beauty industries. For discussing relative weights in different dimensions, we also use expert questionnaires of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study integrated the relevant literature and expert opinion questionnaires. Using AHP, this study was being proved and it developed into five important propositions (one primary dimension and four secondary dimensions). In the primary dimension of service innovation model of Taiwan beauty industry: The most important is the novelty in the delivery process. The service corrections ranked second, the novelty in the service market ranked third, and the novelty regarding service in companies ranked last. In the secondary, dimension in the service innovation model of Taiwan beauty industries: 1. The factor of service quality is more critical in the novelty among the process. 2. The factor of the development of new products and new service is more critical among the service corrections. 3. The factor of developing competitive products in more critical among the novelty in the service market. 4. The factor constant innovation in companies, is more critical among the dimension of the novelty regarding service in companies.
