本研究旨在探討國小學生與教師的距離對班級互動與學習成效的影響。國小學生的學習成效與其班級互動是否和與教師的距離有關,究竟其影響程度為何?值得本研究者深入探討。 研究對象以102學年度臺南市某國小四到六年級學生,合計120人。研究方法:本研究採問卷調查法蒐集資料,並以描述性統計、相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法,使用SPSS for Windows 19.0來統計分析問卷所得資料。研究結果1.學生和老師的物理距離(座位距離)與學生和老師的互動及學生的班級互動相關;學生和老師的互動與學生的學習成效呈現正相關。2.學生和老師的心理距離與學生和老師的互動相關;學生和老師的互動與學生的學習成效呈現正相關。3.老師和學生的心理距離與老師和學生的互動相關;老師和學生的互動及老師與學生的學習成效呈現正相關。4.老師和家長的互動與學生的學習成效呈現正相關。
This study aimed to examine the effects of the distance between the teachers and the elementary school students on the class interactions and the learning effectiveness. The researcher tried to find out if the class interactions and the learning effectivess of the elementary school students are related to their distance between the teachers. And what is the extent of these effects was worth the researcher’s discussion. The research took the 4th, the 5th and the 6th graders of the 102 school year in an elementary school as its subjects. The sample size is 120. A survey questionnaire was adopted for data collection. Descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis, and SPSS for Windows 19.0 was used to analysis the data that was acquired fromthe questionnaire. This study obtained the following conclusions: 1) the physical distance (seat-arranging distance) between the students and their teachers was a relation to the class interactions. The interactions between the students and their teachers and the students’ learning effectiveness had a positive correlation. 2) The mental distance between the students and their teachers was a relation to the interactions between them. The interactions between the students and their teachers and the students’ learning effectiveness had a positive correlation. 3) The mental distance between the teachers and their students was a relation to the interactions between them. The interactions between the teachers and their students and the students’ learning effectiveness had a positive correlation. 4) The interactions between the teachers and the parents had a high positive relation to the studetns’ learning effectiveness.
