Patent Expansion and Deployment Methods Based on Technical Trends and Classifications

摘要

本研究基於Ove Granstrand之包繞式專利佈局模式(Surrounding)及TRIZ演化趨勢進行具體的展開，並設計引導式思維表單，讓使用者可以更有系統性利用專利檢索、技術樹、三位擴張、趨勢解答辨識的方式去達成漸進式擴張及跳躍式擴張之專利佈局目的。本論文共包含五大階段，包括(1)專利對象之辨識與分析、(2)第一階段漸進式擴張、(3)跳躍式擴張、(4)第二階段漸進式擴張、(5)擴張整合與可專利篩選。
本研究貢獻包括：(1)提出一套基於漸進式擴張及跳躍式趨勢解答辨識的系統性專利佈局策略;(2)建立標準的流程與表單來促進實務上的運用。

This research developed a specific systematic approaches that is based on Ove Granstrand's surrounding strategy and TRIZ evolution trends. Design a guided thinking form that allows users to systematically use patent search, technology tree, three-bit expansion, and trend-solving identification to achieve progressive expansion and leap-forward expansion of patent protfolio purposes.This research consists of five major stages, including (1) Identification and analysis of patent, (2)First phase of progressive expansion, (3) Jumping expansion, (4)Second phase of progressive expansion, (5)Integration of expansion and Patentable select.
The contributions of this research include： (1) Develop a systematic patent strategy based on progressive expansion and Jumping expansion; (2) Establish standard processes and forms to promote practical applications.
