探討石英玻璃製造業導入SMB策略與成效

摘要


本研究是以石英玻璃製造加工業中一家從事設計與生產製造石英玻璃製品的公司為研究對象,石英玻璃製造加工業在台灣屬特殊且稀有之傳統製造加工業。台灣傳統製造加工業於升級轉型過程中,研究者以為「工業3.5」作為目前的「工業3.0」跨至「工業4.0」的混和策略,更適合該產業之中小型企業進行升級智慧製造的決策。而實現智能製造,有賴於多方面的技術研發,與人才的培育養成。為具備競爭優勢,在本業技術上透過智能化轉型,結合上下游資源,彼此優勢互聯。 研究方法採用個案分析法,首先作文獻探討並加以學理分析,接著進行深度訪談及歸納整理訪談紀錄,深入了解台灣石英玻璃製造業數位轉型、導入智慧製造系統等現況後加以整合探討,再根據個案導入SMB之數據分析及訪談過程來判斷機聯網是否適用於研究對象並提出改善方案,並對石英玻璃製造業導入智慧製造策略提出建議與參考外,也提供後續研究者未來可延伸探討的問題與方向。

This research is based on a company involved in the design and production of quartz glass parts in the quartz glass manufacturing industry. The industry is a special and uncommon traditional manufacturing industry in Taiwan. In the process of upgrading transformation of Taiwan's traditional manufacturing industries, researchers believe that "Industry 3.5" as the hybrid strategy from "Industry 3.0" to "Industry 4.0" is more suitable for small and medium enterprises to make decisions to upgrade intelligent manufacturing. The achievement of intelligent manufacturing depends upon the development of various technology research and talent cultivations. In order to have a competitive advantage, through an intelligent transformation of industrial technology, combined with upstream and downstream resources, and interlinked the mutual benefits. The research approach uses a case analysis study. First, it conducts literature searches and collect the analyses data from the case, then followed by in-depth interviews and summarizes the interview files. To collect and discuss the data after realizing the current situation of Taiwan's quartz glass manufacturing industry who have done digital transformation and input intelligent manufacturing system. Judge whether machine networking is suitable for the research object and not only provide improved suggestions and references based on the data analysis and interview of the case, but also sum up the key strategies for reference to whom before they input SMB system. Finally, propose the extended directions for follow-up researchers in the future.
