摘要


本論文的研究目的是探討企業如何透過供應鏈管理系統因應半導體業務的快速成長需求。本研究具體以H公司為例,結合行動研究,探討企業如何快速建立智慧供應鏈體系,並可以進一步促成產業供應鏈之數位轉型、企業之間的深度智慧連結。本研究從半導體行業的快速成長對於供應鏈管理提出的需求出發,選定H公司作為典型個案,首先分析H公司建立智慧供應鏈的過程,同時,也進一步分析H公司在尋找核心供應商建立產業供應鏈的同時,如何同步推進整個產業供應鏈的快速建立、制度完善與智慧化管理。本研究透過個案和具體的智慧供應鏈建立過程中對於良率管控和實時追踪的實例,以行動研究的方式進行介紹。本研究對於產業的建議是:首先,應該重視數位轉型,智慧供應鏈的建立過程中,數據是最重要的因素;其次,在與主要供應商進行協力合作的過程中,應盡量將供應商視為供應鏈管理體系的重要利益相關者,協調供應商的利益期待,產生協同效應,最後,處於行業領先地位之企業應該承擔推動產業進步的責任,發揮其在所處的生態系統中的影響力,幫助其它公司推動智慧供應鏈的建立與數位轉型。

The purpose of this paper is to explore how firms can quickly respond to the rapid growth of semiconductor business through the establishment of intelligent chain system. In specific, the paper concerns how firms may establish smart supply chain management system in firm level and further promote the digital transformation of the industrial supply chain and the in-depth intelligent connection among firms. The paper takes firm H as a case. This research first analyzes the process of firm H’s approaches on establishing an intelligent supply chain. At the same time, it also analyzes how firm H search and select core suppliers for its own need and simultaneously promotes the rapid establishment, established rules, and intelligent approaches for the entire industrial supply chain development. The study employs case studies with specific examples of yield control and real-time tracking in the process of establishing an intelligent supply chain, and combines the case study with the action research of establishing intelligent supply chain system for firm H. Through the exploration of the process of establishing an intelligent supply chain of firm H, this study provides following findings. First, firms should pay attention to digital transformation., data is the most important factor. Second, in the process of cooperating with major suppliers, firms should try their best to co-operate with suppliers as much as possible, considering them as important stakeholders of the supply chain management system. Firms may share their interests and expectations with suppliers in common and thereby making synergistic effects. Finally, leading companies should assume the responsibility of promoting industrial progress thereby affecting the ecosystem and help other firms promote the establishment and digital transformation of their intelligent supply chains.
