摘要


因應全球經濟發展,在一個高度競爭的環境,除講究高效率更要求資源高利用率,因此專案管理近年來受到各項產業的高度矚目。舉凡製造、資訊科技、金融及其他服務業都可以運用專案管理來提昇企業經營效率。專案管理主係運用與整合五大流程群組,亦即起始、計劃、執行、監控及結案,並應用知識、技能、工具與技術於專案活動上,以符合專案需求。而一個專案執行得順利與否關鍵即在於專案管理者,同樣的專案由不同的專案管理者來操作,成效與效果皆會有很大差異。本研究的目的主係探討優秀的專案管理人才需具備的關鍵特質、核心能力、面臨困境時的解決之道及企業應該如何培養優秀的專案管理人才。為達上述研究目的,本研究採用質化研究,對三位優秀的專案管理人才進行深度訪談,並歸納出優秀的專案管理人才應具備的核心能力包括三個層層遞進的能力分類:基礎技能、協調能力、統籌能力。基礎技能,包括:邏輯分析能力、稽核能力、編制預算及管理預算能力;協調能力,包括:溝通能力、衝突管理能力、協商與影響能力、變通能力;統籌能力,包括:組織與規劃能力、領導能力、專案團隊建立與激勵能力、驅策能力。本研究進一步歸納了企業培養的優秀專案管理人才的特徵:團隊利益為優先、團隊合作為首要任務、感恩的心、個性積極不懶散、誠信正直、高情商、獨立思考。

In response to global economic development and the highly competitive environment, both of high efficiency and high resource utilization are required. Therefore, all businesses attach great importance to project management in the last few years. Everyone can use project management to improve business efficiency. Project management uses and integrates five major processes: initiating processes, planning processes, executing processes, controlling processes and closing processes. To meet the project requirements, we use project knowledge, skills, tools and techniques on each project activities. The key to a project is the one in charge of the management. The results might differ a lot between projects led by different managers. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the key characteristics and core competencies of an excellent project manager, as well as the solutions from generated by the excellent project manager when facing difficulties. In this thesis, we adopt qualitative research and conduct deep interviews with three outstanding project managers. We summarize the characteristics and core abilities of outstand project manager as three categories: basic skills, coordinating capability, overall leading and planning. The basic skills comprise the ability of preparing and managing budget communication skills; logic analysis ability; and auditing ability. The coordinating capability comprises the ability of conflict managing; the ability of negotiating; flexibility. The overall planning and leading capability comprises the ability of organizing and planning; leadership; team building and motivation; encouraging and driving others. This thesis makes further summary of the features of outstanding project managers including: “team always be the priority”; “teamwork is of the top priority”; “thanksgiving”; “positive personality”; “honesty”; “high emotion quotient”; “assertive and independent.”
