透過折射率變化之水平式隙縫光波導耦合器模擬研究

摘要


本論文提出並以模擬驗證一極化無關之光方向耦合器,透過變換不同流體折射率之方式,使其隙縫式光波導之兩偏振態之耦合長度一致,達一極化無關之元件效果;另一方面,探討其耦合長度曲線,進一步設計一極化分光器,並可通過有無流體之選擇,達一近極化無關耦合器與一極化分光器之切換。 再者,將其光纖耦合器與光方向耦合器設計於同一積體晶片上,並採用雙層錐形脊狀之結構,達水平與垂直方向之漸變耦合。
