教練與領導力之研究

摘要


人才發展策略是一項企業責任,是企業永續經營的重要基石。目前企業高層除須因應市場上變化多端的全球競爭趨勢外,還須面對企業內部諸多人才發展問題,如:企業轉型該如何因應、家族企業如何培養接班人、空降主管如何融入團隊、部門或個人績效陷入瓶頸、另外,個人發展方面也有無法取得高階主管的協助或適應直屬主管換人、對工作倦怠、無法兼顧工作與家庭,對自我價值定位感到迷惘等等不知如何選擇和決斷的問題,本研究探討策略人才管理及教練技能,援引企業個案和被教練者的實例,說明教練式領導可幫助個人及企業主管走出茫然迷霧。把原本難以領略的領導秘笈,轉化成可以輕鬆吸收的處世真經,讓員工解放自我潛能,在工作上卓越,在生活中快樂滿足。

Talent development strategy is a corporate responsibility and is an important cornerstone of sustainable business. Corporate executives to be in response to market on the changing global competitive trends, have to face many corporate internal talent development issues, such as: how to response corporate restructuring, how to train a successor in family businesses, how to integrate into the team as an airborne competent, Department or individual performance into a bottleneck, In addition, personal development, unable to obtain the assistance of the executives or adapt to the immediate supervisor substitutions, Burnout, Unable to balance work and family, a sense of uncertainty about the positioning of self-worth, etc., those do not know how to choose and decision problems, the present study was to investigate strategic talent management and coaching skills, citing the business case and the coach illustration of leadership coaching can help individuals and business executives out of the dazed fog. Originally difficult to appreciate the leadership secrets, can be easily absorbed into the life skills Scriptures, so that self-liberation potential employees, at work excellence, joy in life satisfaction.
