針對 Cat 6A 網通連接器的結構與印刷電路板佈局進行電容耦合補償的設計,以改善網路插座的近端串音雜訊,使其可以符合TIA/EIA-568-C.2 的規範,並觀察傳輸訊號品質的變化情形,進而達到平衡網通連接器之訊號完整性。 本論文以 RJ45 Cat 6A 連接器為研究對象,探討其串音雜訊、回波損耗與插入損耗……等高頻電氣特性。研究方式包括實驗量測與數值電磁分析模擬,並比較兩者的結果。實驗量測部分包括連接器之高頻測試模組的設計與製作、測試儀器的使用操作、測試系統的組合、量測結果的分析……等等,使用的量測儀器有網路分析儀與線纜分析儀。模擬分析部分為 CST Microware Studio 分析模擬軟體。說明如何建立模型、設定、運算、參數的萃取,與最後的電路分析。 該網路連接器插座在補償後之特性,已有明顯之提升且符合規範中所定義之永久鏈路要求,後續仍以達到 Cat 6A 單體性能為目標,持續發展網路連接器之設計。
Improve the near-end crosstalk noise of capacitive coupling compensation for Cat 6A Network connector, and change the structure of the printed circuit board layout design, to meet the TIA / EIA-568-C.2 standard, and observe the quality of the transmission signal changes in circumstances, signal integrity and thus achieve a balance of signal of Network connector. This paper use RJ45 Cat 6A connector for the study to explore the Crosstalk, Return loss, Insertion Loss and other high-frequency electrical characteristics. Research methods including high-frequency measurements and electromagnetic simulation analysis software, and compare the results. High frequency test module design and production, operation the test equipment, assembled the test system, measuring the results of the analysis ...... etc. for experimental measurements of network connector; measuring instruments are Value Network Analysis and Network Cable Analysis, simulation software is CST Microware Studio. Study how to create the 3D model, simulation settings, operation, parameter extraction and circuit analysis. After the compensation of balancing capacitors into the network connector, we can found the crosstalk is increase and meet permanent link requirements of standard; the next target should be meet Cat 6A Hardware performance of standard and sustainable development for network connector.
