雷達車操控台之人因工程評估與研究

摘要


隨著時代的演進,人因工程也逐漸從電腦作業移植到軍事武器上,為提高人機系統介面的操作效率,除了系統功能設計外,還須從人因工程的角度,考量操作人員的限制條件及習性,讓武器系統操作人員有更快的學習環境、降低操作的失誤及加強操作精準度。 本研究中,對現行操控台先作分析,其研究舊操控台可能對使用者造成的傷害;接著導入人因概念,著手進行改良式操控台之設計;最後透過「問卷調查」及對使用者做實地訪查,期能分析出現舊操控台之操作者意見回饋及對改良式操控台概念設計之評價。 經問卷調查結果發現:受訪者對過去使用之操控台,評價均為不佳,在操作操控台之經驗中,受訪者身體各部位均出現不適之現象,故對改良式操控台之硬體改善方面,大部份受訪者均抱持樂觀的態度,期待能有所改善;對改良式操控台概念設計上,受訪者大致反應良好,給予極高評價。 本改良式操控台之概念設計,在設計初期即融入實際使用者之意見,從中尋求其操作慣性及系統操作之最佳配合,設計出「內外皆美」之操控台為最終目的,兼具實用及美觀之功能,不只要「實用」還要「好用」,以發揮武器系統最佳效能,進而提升工作績效及保障操作者於工作上避免受到職業傷害。

With the changes of the times, human factors engineering is gradually transplanted from computer operations to military weapons. In order to improve the operating efficiency of the man-machine system interface. in addition to the system function design, the limitations and habits of the operator must also be considered from the human factors engineering. Make system operators have a faster learning environment, reduce operational errors and enhance operational accuracy. In this study, the current console is analyzed first, which studies the damage that the old console may cause to users, then follow the concept of human factors and design a new type of console. Finally, through a "questionnaire survey" and visits to users. To analyze the feedback of operators who have used the old console and the evaluation of the new console. According to the results, the user almost feel poor in the past. In the experience of operating, the body showed discomfort. Most of the user are optimistic and look forward to improvement. Respondents generally responded nice to the new console, and also gave it a very high rating. The conceptual design of the new console. Refer to the user's opinion at the beginning of the design. Seek the best cooperation of its operation inertia and system operation. Consider the design of human factors, designed to practical and beautiful modeling. In order to give the best effectiveness of the weapon system, and thus improve work performance, ensure that operators are protected from occupational injuries at work.
