本研究以語意網技術結合開放資料並透過本體技術之協作,使資料成為鏈結開放資料,並提出實作應用流程,包含語意模型建置與SPARQL的應用,分別為(1)將各類開放資料設置定義檔,並依據定義檔換成RDF格式以表達資料間的關係,以及設計Ontology模型,定義資料內容中的階層關係與限制條件;(2)依據可鏈結標的,使用SPARQL語法進行不同類別或特定概念的查詢。為實作上述的語意設計之可行性,本研究以高等教育為例,藉由上述實作程序整合不同來源的開放資料,欲以多方面向看各校目前概況,並將結果視覺化呈現,以利各界後續對結果之探討與此實作流程之延伸應用。
The purpose of this study is the collaboration of semantic web technology and open data through the ontological techniques and making data become linked open data. Simultaneously, bringing forward the process of the concrete application which including the construct of semantic model and the application of SPARQL. First of all, deploy the definition data of all types of open data, and then represent the relationship of data according to the definition data which is transferring to RDF format. Also design the Ontology model to define the archeology relationship and limitation condition among data. Second, in the light of the linkable subject, use SPARQL language to demand the different classification and specific concept. This study takes the higher education for example in order to construct the feasibility of the Ontology design which is mentioned above. Through integrating open data from different origins by the construction procedure above, this study supposes to grasp the overview of all the university in Taiwan in multi-dimension. And then emerge the result by visualization, which is beneficial to Academia for the follow-up research and the expanded application of this construction procedure.
