運用ARIZ探討綠色與智慧產品設計

摘要


近年來,由於科技的進步以及環保意識抬頭,消費者開始期望智慧化產品,同時也能是綠色的產品,因此,本研究探討如何使產品能兼顧綠色與智慧的需求。本研究將利用TRIZ工具ARIZ,結合智慧特徵值以及綠色特徵值建構Eco-smart ARIZ整合式工具,使創新出來的成果是可以擁有智慧功能並減低對環境衝擊。本研究提出之方法以ARIZ-85C為基礎做進一步的設計,特點在使用情境探索找出產品使用問題以及客戶需求,及在物質場資源中分別加入綠色與智慧概念,依此分別獲得綠色與智慧創新解並整合成綠色智慧創新解進行評估得到最終方案。最後本研究將透過案例探討,進而驗證其實用性。

In recent years, due to the advancement of technology and the rise of environmental awareness, consumers have begun to expect smart products, which can also be green products. Therefore, this study explores how to make products that can meet the green and smart needs. This research uses the TRIZ tool ARIZ to develop an Eco-smart ARIZ integrated tool that combines smart features and green features, so that the innovative result can have smart functions and reduce the impact on the environment. The method proposed in this research is based on the ARIZ-85C. We first explore the use scenario to find the product use problems and customer needs, then add the green and smart features to the substance-field resources in order to find green and smart innovative solutions, respectively. In addition, these solutions are integrated into several both green and smart solutions for evaluation. Finally, this research uses case studies to verify the proposed methodology.
