汽車產業為技術與資本密集之產業,產業鏈相當龐大,一旦發生變化所牽動的相關產業非常廣泛,而臺灣汽車廠無自主研發生產能力,以外商來台設廠加工居多且我國內需市場需求小,零組件市場以外銷為發展重點。受國際汽車業情勢影響,外銷訂單銳減,造成汽車產業景氣低迷,故生產製造商設法降低營運成本並提升生產力成為公司營運獲利的重要目標。 在本研究中,以個案公司的噴膠製程說明使用IDEF0與失效模式與效應分析方法(FMEA)分析生產線的流程。IDEF0應用於流程的建立,可以有效的連結組織內不同的資源,了解系統的優勢及弱勢並配合FMEA分析曾經發生的問題找出潛在失效因子後,參考可能的失效因子建立改善後的IDEF0。透過本研究建立解決問題的模式,此模式可作為未來其他改善規劃的重要參考依據,進一步改善個案公司的流程,達到提升個案公司的生產力與效益之目標。
The automotive industry is a technology- and capital-intensive industry with a huge industrial chain. Once the automobile industry changes, the related industries involved are pervasive. However, Taiwan automobile factories do not have independent R D and production capacity. Most foreign companies come to Taiwan to set up factories for processing, and our domestic demand market is small. The export of parts and components market is the focus of development. Affected by the international automobile industry, export orders have dropped sharply, resulting in a downturn in the automobile industry. Therefore, manufacturers have sought to reduce operating costs and increase productivity as an essential goal of the company's operating profitability. In this study, an example of the Glue Spraying Process is used to illustrate the process of analyzing the production line using IDEF0 and failure mode and effect analysis method (FMEA). IDEF0 is used in the establishment of the process, which can effectively connect different resources in the organization, understand the advantages and disadvantages of the system, and cooperate with FMEA to analyze the problems that have occurred to find potential failure factors, and refer to the possible failure factors to create an improved IDEF0. Through this research, a problem-solving model is established. This model can be used as an important reference for other improvement plans in the future and further, improve the process of the case company to achieve the goal of enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the case company.
