應用感性工學及眼動儀於裙裝外型設計之研究

摘要


產品為費者所喜愛是產品成功的要件,因此裙裝業中收集消費者所喜愛的要點很重要。本研究使用感性工學理論以及眼動儀於裙裝設計的幫助,深入了解消費者所喜愛的各種設計要素,迴饋給設計師更多有利於設計的重要指標,讓設計師能有更明確的設計方向。目的為運用感性工學的方式在裙裝產品在設計研發上,分析預測顧客的喜好,對於這類產品設計師能有更清晰的設計方向,以設計出符合消費者喜愛的裙裝產品。 首先蒐集裙裝形容詞語彙102個與圖片樣本48個進行分析,再透過初步篩選將形容詞語彙與圖片樣本縮減,並建立裙裝設計要素與編碼,以定義裙裝外觀其重要之設計特徵,接著進一步執行問卷調查彙整分析受試者主觀感受,並運用因素分析與ANOVA分析的統計方法,判斷出感性形容詞語彙與各組不同外觀造型組合相關聯性。並使用眼動儀獲得客觀數據和填寫視覺感性工學問卷,藉由研究數據結果將探討消費者對於裙裝的需求,以提供設計師作為設計前之依據。 研究結果發現 :1. 裙裝外觀歸納出設計要素4大項目以及11個類目,設計項目(類目)明細有:長度、花紋、造型、裙擺。2. 根據建立的因素分析結果可得知,最終萃取出裙裝代表性形容詞語彙有8個「時尚的、漂亮的、優雅的、高級的、知性的、年輕的、搶眼的、花俏的」。3. 根據分析可以得知長度、花紋、裙襬三大項目的喜好度皆有顯著差異(P=0.000<0.05)。4. 眼動儀的實驗結果與感性問卷也呈現高度正相關。因此根據本研究發現應的設計要素將幫助設計師未來掌握之設計方向。

A product that is loved by consumers is very important for product success, so it is essential to collect the points that consumers love in the dress industry. This study has used the theory of Kansei Engineering and the eye tracker in dress design to gain an in-depth understanding of various design elements that consumers have liked, and to feedback to the designer important indicators that are beneficial to design, so that designers can have a clearer understanding of the design elements design direction. The purpose is to analyze and predict customers' preferences in the design and development of skirt products by means of Kansei Engineering, so designers can have a clearer design direction for such products, so as to design skirt products that meet consumers' favorite. First, 102 dress adjective vocabulary and 48 picture samples were collected for analysis, and then the adjective vocabulary and picture samples were reduced through preliminary screening, and the dress design elements be coded to define the important design features of the dress appearance, and A questionnaire survey has been carried out to analyze the subjective feelings of the subjects, and the statistical methods of factor analysis and ANOVA were used to determine the correlation between the perceptual adjective vocabulary and the combination of different appearances in each group.; the eye tracker has been used to obtain objective data and fill in the visual perceptual engineering questionnaire. Through the research data results, consumers' needs for skirts has been discussed, to provide designers as a basis for design. The results of the study found that: 1). The appearance of the dress has four major design elements and 11 categories; The details of the design items (categories) are: length, pattern, shape, and skirt; 2). According to the results of the established factor analysis, there are 8 representative adjectives (fashionable, beautiful, elegant, advanced, intellectual, young, eye-catching, and fancy) for dresses in the final extraction; 3). there are statistically significant differences in the preference of the three items of length, pattern and skirt (P=0.000<0.05); 4). The eye tracker results are also highly positively correlated with the perceptual questionnaire survey results. Therefore, according to this research, the found design elements will help designers to master the design direction in the future.
