本研究旨在探討桃園市國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本與教師創新教學之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及預測情形,並瞭解三者因果關係與集群關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以桃園市60所公立國民中學教師為本研究母群體,分層隨機抽樣選取790位教師為研究樣本,以自編之「國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本、教師創新教學問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程模式與集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、桃園市國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本與教師創新教學之現況 良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本與教 師創新教學知覺有所差異。 三、國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本與教師創新教學呈現高度正相 關。 四、國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本對教師創新教學具有正向預測 力。 五、國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本與教師創新教學三者之間具有 影響關係,教師心理資本是國民中學組織創新氣氛與教師創新教學的 中介變項。 六、桃園市各行政區國民中學在國民中學組織創新氣氛、教師心理資本與 教師創新教學有群聚關係,以分為三組為佳。
This study is aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast, and intermediary effect among junior high school organization innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capital and teachers’ innovation teaching of public junior high schools in Taoyuan county. The method, involving the questionnaire survey is survey research. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified random sampling to investigate 790 samples that are from 60 schools. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, SEM and cluster analysis. The results showed that: 1.Junior high school organization innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capita and teachers’ innovation teaching perceived by the teachers from public junior high schools in Taoyuan county are significantly above theoretical average. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in junior high school organization innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capita and teachers’ innovation teaching 3.There is a high correlation between every two variables of junior high school organization innovation climate, teachers’ psychological capita and teachers’ innovation teaching. 4.Junior high school organization innovation and teachers’ psychological capita have the significant prediction toward teachers’ innovation teaching. 5.“Teachers’ psychological capita” is a moderate variable between junior high school organization innovation and teachers’ innovation teaching. 6.In Taoyuan county, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with three variable scores.
