專案績效受專案創新類型、資源配置與專案溝通策略之相關性影響研究—以新竹科學園區廠商為例

專案創新績效的良窳受專案創新類型、專案資源配置機制與專案溝通策略之影響至巨，在二十一世紀的今天，全球競爭的壓力下，臺灣唯有能因應變遷而不斷創新的企業，才能掌握利基，進而永續經營。
我國在高科技產品的生產以新竹科學園區為首，但在產品的研發創新上仍然不足，最直接有效的解決方法就是積極投入研究發展與創新等活動，以提升技術能力。
本研究即以專案績效受資源配置與專案溝通策略之相關性影響進行研究，且以新竹科學園區需要持續創新之高科技產業企業作為實證分析之對象，實際郵寄503份問卷，回收70份有效問卷。經由統計方法整理後，歸納出重要的實證結論如下：

1.研究結果顯示專案創新類型對於專案創新績效具有顯著的相關性，表示本研究的主要論點獲得支持。
2.專案創新類型搭配專案資源配置之交互影響對於專案創新績效較佳之論點亦獲得部分支持。採用平台式創新專案之企業其專案資源配置採階段導向型較計劃導向型對專案之創新績效為佳。
3. 專案創新類型搭配專案溝通策略之交互影響對於專案創新績效較佳，表示本研究的主要論點獲得支持。
A.採用漸進式創新專案之企業其溝通策略採自主型較合作型，對專案之創新績效為佳 。
B.採用平台式創新專案之企業其溝通策略採合作型較自主型，對專案之創新績效為佳 。
C.採用突破式創新專案之企業其溝通策略採合作型較自主型，對專案之創新績效為佳 。

Project performance is influenced by “Project Innovation Type” “Project Resources Allocation” and “Project Communication Strategy”. Today in the 21 century under the pressure of global competition, only the continually innovated company in Taiwan which have the ability to fight against changes from all competitors can handle the niche and run continually.
Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park produce high-tech products, but research & development are not enough. The direct method to solve the problem is to invest R&D innovation to set up the technical probability.
The main research target is project performance analysis-influenced by project innovation type, project resources allocation and project communication strategy – study on firms in Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park. The high-tech industry which have to do the investigation continually to maintain there exist niche and promote their competitive advantages. We mail 503 questionnaires and the quantity of the valid questionnaires is 70. We generalize some important conclusions as follows:
1. The research results reveal that project performance is influenced by project innovation type and the main point at issue is completely supported.
2. The research results reveal that project performance is influenced by the interaction between “Project Innovation Type” and “Project Resources Allocation”, and the main point at issue is partly supported. As for “Project Resources Allocation”, in companies which use platform project innovation type the performance of project of those which use stage-orientation project resources allocation is better then that of these which use plan-orientation project resources allocation.
3. The research results reveal that project performance is influenced by the interaction between “Project Innovation Type” and “Project Communication Strategy”, and the main point at issue is completely supported.
A. In companies which use incremental project innovation type, the performance of project of the which use autonomous project communication strategy is better than that of those which use collaborative communication strategy.
B. In companies which use platform project innovation type, the performance of project of those which use collaborative communication strategy is better than that of those which use autonomous communication strategy.
C. In companies which use radical project innovation type, the performance of project of those which collaborative communication strategy is better than that of those which use autonomous communication strategy.
