利用電泳測定微胞之界面電位與解離濃度

Using the Electrophoresis Method to Measure Micelle’s Zeta Potential and Micellar Dissociation Concentration

摘要


我們使用ZetaMaster (heterodyne laser Doppler electrophoresis法)測量界面電位(zeta potential)。我們測量了十二烷基醇硫酸酯鈉(SDS)和膽鹽(Nac、NaTDC)及膽鹽混合溶液的界面電位值。所得到SDS的界面電位與文獻相符。而SDS的臨界微胞生成濃度(CMC)與微胞解離濃度(MDC)亦與文獻相近。同樣將此法應用到混合膽鹽溶液,也可以得到與文獻相同之結果。依據界面電位趨勢可以判斷微胞解離濃度與臨界微胞生成濃度。最後使用電腦計算文獻資料可得到一個多項式,便利一般使用者應用。

We used the ZetaMaster (heterodyne laser Doppler electrophoresis method) for measuring zeta potential. We measure the zeta potential of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), bile salt and mixed bile salt micelles. The zeta potential of SDS agrees with the literature. The critical micellar concentration (CMC) and micellar dissociation concentration (MDC) also agrees with the literature. We also measure the bile salt mixture, the result agrees with the literature. We calculated the Zhuang’s data in computer. We obtained polynomial equations. Which are convenient for normal users.
