摘要 鋼結構之優越性是大家有目共睹,從縮短工期、減少公害、提昇環境品質到解決人力不足之效益,正符合政府推動營建自動化之目標。由於鋼結構之特殊施工方式,其品質管理甚為重要,國外鋼構工程較上軌道之國家皆有完整的品質管理制度,以確保整體工程之品質,惟國內鋼構廠良莠不齊,常有部份自稱鋼構廠的〝鐵工廠〞僅帶著以往片片斷斷對鋼料製作組合的經驗,相繼投入鋼構市場中,惟本身對鋼結構製作技術上未能有效管理,嚴重影響工程之品質及公共安全,本研究希望能針對鋼結構之工廠製作管理作探討。 n 文獻蒐集,架構建立 蒐集日本、美國等相關規範,評估適用對象及範圍,藉以建立研究方向與架構。 n 作業管理探討 以實際操作經驗為基礎,提供構件廠內製作之流程及作業要領,建立作業示範模式。 n 結論與建議 為提昇整體工廠作業管理效率及構件成品品質,透過公部門研訂出適合台灣地區適用的各項鋼結構規範標準,才是保障鋼構建築物居住者生命財產安全的法門。
ABSTRACT As known superiorities of structural steel, shortening working time, reducing environmental pollution, enhancing environmental quality and resolving manpower problem comply with the goal of automatic construction by government. The quality control is significant due to its special construction method to structural steel. In advanced foreign countries to structural steel has an intact quality control system to ensure the whole quality, but the structural steel factories in Taiwan is uneven, and many so-called “Structural steel factory” are the original “Iron factory”. They have just a few experiences to fabricating structural steel and join the market of structural steel one by one, but their workmanship to manufacturing structural steel have not been managed effectively, and seriously affect the construction quality and the pubic safety. This study is to investigate the manufacturing management to structural steel. n Data collection and research establishment: Japan, American and other relevant requirements have been gathered to assess the suitable subjects and its field and establish the direction and framework of the study. n Study on manufacturing management: Based on the performance, the procedure, operation key points and establishing operation model of manufacturing members are provided in this study. n Conclusion and suggestion: To enhance the management efficiency and members’ quality in manufactory, the suitable requirements for Taiwan structural steel should be concluded by public department to ensure lives’ and property’s safety of residents in building.
