在環境變動激烈的年代,企業為了因應市場上快速的變化,莫不希望透過資訊科技的幫忙協助,以最有效率的運作模式來達成獲利目標,於是企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning;ERP)系統應運而生,ERP系統充分協助企業有效地利用有限的資源,讓產品在成本、品質、交期及服務上獲得最佳之競爭力組合,成為一個強大的後盾。 孫玉壽(2000)提出ERP是資訊系統的核心,主要係以系統整合性及企業流程再造為重點,是一即時整合各項經營管理資源的資訊管理系統,亦是一種企業流程再造(BPR)的解決方案,其可隨企業的需求而改變。 本研究的對象是以筆記型電腦業為主,而研究範圍經過文獻探討及與專家學者討論,得到導入資訊系統員工主要受到改變之構面:技術構面、作業構面、管理構面、心理構面為研究之範疇,利用統計分析手法逐一探討其中各構面在導入資訊系統之時對員工的影響,並輔以模糊推論系統,探討出企業導入ERP的順利程度,繼而對實務現況加以調查分析並比較。
As the environment changes rapidly, for following the competing market, all the enterprises seek to the help of technology to earn money by the most efficient way. Therefore, the ERP system is created to assist the enterprise to utilize the limited resources effectively. Thus, the products could become best combinations on cost, quality, delivery date and service as a strong support of the enterprise. Sun yushou mentioned in 2000 that the ERP is the core of the information system, which focuses on the integration of the system and the BPR. The ERP integrates all kinds of managing resources of operation. It is also a solution for BPR, which would be changed with the need of the enterprise. This research emphasizes laptop manufacture. After examining papers and discussion of the scholars, the technology dimension, operation dimension, management dimension and psychology dimension are going to be examined so that the influences of the information inputting system on the employees could be realized fully. Statistics and fuzzy control system are used to investigate whether it is successful or not through inputting the ERP then analyze the practice as well.
