人員可靠度成長分析系統之建立

摘要


隨著科技的日新月異,大部分產業均以推動自動化來增進生產之效率,人員的角色由直接的執行生產者轉變為間接的監督生產者,人員本身所承擔的責任加重,對於錯誤所付出的成本也較以往為高,因此,如何降低人員錯誤發生率與提升人員可靠度,是極為重要的課題。對於這個部份,過去有許多專家學者針對人員行為之模式與其可能造成錯誤之原因作出相當大量的研究,但多著眼於人員錯誤率之定義與預測,對於相關可靠度模式之衍生較少提及,因此在本論文中,首先利用現有之人員錯誤分析方法及人員可靠度分析流程導入可靠度成長模式,以流程模式建立與分析之方法,建構一符合人機系統應用之人員可靠度成長分析流程架構,接下來利用「Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0」程式軟體,建立一依照人員可靠度成長分析流程之應用軟體,並將現有之人員錯誤資料輸入,對現有系統之人員可靠度進行計算,接下來以統計圖表方式呈現此人員可靠度以及其對人機系統之影響,最後將本人員可靠度成長分析流程應用於一真實之人機系統以了解本流程之信度與效度,並進行修正與改善,確保本流程與資料庫之可用性,完成人員可靠度成長分析系統。

Due to the development of the science and technology, most of the industries advance industrial automation to increase their efficiency of the production. The roles of the people shift their position from the direct producer into the indirect supervisor. Since humans have to assume heavier responsibility, the prices they have to pay for human error are higher than ever. So, how to reduce human error rate and increase human reliability is an important course. To this end, there were many experts and scholars to study models of human behaviors and possible causes of human error. But there were more studies focusing on the definition and prediction of human error and few studies focused on the establishment of human reliability models. The thesis took advantage of modern human error analysis method and modern human reliability analysis procedure to develop an analysis framework for human reliability fitting within human-machine system application. The thesis developed application software according to the human reliability growth analysis procedure. The users can input human error data and calculate the human reliability. The thesis used statistical graphics to show the human reliability and its effects to human-machine system. The thesis finally applied the human reliability growth analysis procedure to a realistic human-machine system. At last, some improvements were done to ensure the usability of the human reliability growth analysis system.
