動態彈性平行機群排程的探討

摘要


中文摘要 近年來,為滿足產業界的需求,生產排程領域的問題已進行諸多的探討,多數研究以單機或平行機較適解為排程探討的績效目標,並且少數研究有對於動態或機台彈性度方面來探討。而在本論文中,主要研究單一生產階段內動態彈性平行機群排程的問題,針對實際生產排程的特性,界定出本論文研究的範圍與限制;期許能以單一階段有限產能的協調進行生產排程,及平行機台與機台機群間動態彈性調整策略為探討的環境,將模式整合成同一階段的排程作業,架構出數學規劃模式,求得最佳解的排程目標。 同時,運用Lindo 6.0專業版來執行論文發展的數學規劃模式,並應用範例來進行確認、評估本論文的研究,達到延遲成本、早交成本與機台機群轉換成本總合最小化的績效指標,依據論文發展的限制條件與需求,本研究模式可獲得良好的成果與效益,清楚地排定工單作業生產排程的順序。

Abstract Recently, in order to satisfy the needs of the industry, there were several researches in the production scheduling problems. But most of researches studied the scheduling performance in single or parallel machines. Only few researches discussed about dynamically or machine flexibility problems. In this research, the major study was the dynamically flexible parallel machine group scheduling in a single production stage. Based on the characteristics of the reality production scheduling, it defined the range of problem and some of constraints in this research. It also expected to balance the production scheduling with finite capacity and explore the dynamically flexible change strategic between the parallel machine and machine group. This schedule operation model was integrated into one stage scheduling system by applying the mathematical programming model to generate the optimal schedule. Meanwhile, it adapted the software of Lindo6.0 Professional to implement the mathematical programming model. Examples were provided for verification and evaluation by minimize the total cost of lateness cost, earliness cost, and machine group changeover cost.
