近年來由於企業環境的競爭愈來愈激烈,使得供應鏈的管理成為一個重要的課題。供應鏈管理主要著重在供應鏈的上中下游成員間之企業程序的整合,透過所有供應鏈的成員長期相互合作的關係,達成企業的競爭優勢。 本論文主要探討不同議題的供應鏈之損耗性存貨模式,藉以發展最佳的合作策略。應用電腦程式的撰寫搜尋最佳的運送次數、生產批量與訂購批量,目的在獲取供應鏈中的供應商、製造商及買方的聯合總成本最小化。經由數學範例的結果證明,採取整合性策略可以獲得比單獨的策略更低的聯合總成本。本論文首先發展在傳統生產環境下,供應商、製造商及買方的多階存貨模式; 然後再擴充此模式,探討剛好及時的生產環境之存貨模式; 接著考慮在不同情況下的缺貨模式; 最後探討在隨機需求下的多階存貨模式。
As the industrial environment becomes more competitive, supply chain management has become essential. Supply chain management is defined as the integration of business processes from end customers through suppliers, which connects upstream, intermediate, and downstream companies. In supply chain environment, the strategic advantage of the integrated concept can be achieved through a long-term mutual cooperative relationship between the partners. This thesis proposes to deal with the deterioration inventory model which focuses on optimally coordinating policy among all the partners with various issues in the supply chain in order to minimize the joint total cost. A computer code is developed to derive the optimal solution. Numerical examples are given to illustrate that the integrated approach strategy results in a lower joint total cost as compared with the independent approach by each partner. In the thesis, first, we develop the multi-echelon inventory model with the supplier, the producer and the buyer in the traditional production environment; then, we extend the model to consider the JIT production environment, later, we consider the shortage environment under the different situations; finally, we study the multi-echelon inventory model with random demand rate.
