由於環境公害問題以及石化燃料即告用罄,這將是為本世紀汽車發展所面臨必須解決的兩大課題 。如何使內燃機所排放出來的廢氣污染程度降到最低,和找尋替代燃料,或是使用現有之燃料,在不影響引擎性能下,不增加或降低燃料之消耗而使廢氣排放減少,可使石化燃料之使用年限延長,乃是非常深刻嚴重的課題。醇類屬於含氧化合物,與汽油混合後在不改變引擎的燃料空氣比,可以改善引擎的廢氣排氣量。本實驗在一引擎配製電子控制燃油噴射系統,使用九五無鉛汽油摻合甲醇添加劑及乙醇添加劑,以不同體積百分比(0%,5%,15%,20%)添加劑摻合比例作為實驗的燃料,在不改變引擎本體的結構下,轉速(800,1500,2000,2500,3500rpm),而以HC、CO值作為實驗的輸出結果,經實驗分析結果得知: 乙醇添加劑之混合燃料,其HC、CO值值相當低,主要原因為乙醇會有貧油之效應,不易造成不完全燃燒的情況發生,而且乙醇本身不含鉛,可避免多孔穴的沉積物形成,有助HC、CO值的減量,另一方面,由於以純屬於極性分子,較不易被非極性分子的潤滑遊程所吸附,因此可以減少HC、CO值之排放。
The problems for environmental pollution and the exhaustion of petrifuels are two crucial issues that must be solved for the development of motor in 21st century. Thns, It is a series question on how to reduce the waste emitted gases in the internal combustion engine and find the substitute fuels. In this study, alcohol fuels, an oxygenated compound, are used to reduce the emission of waste gases under same conditions of not attecting engine performance. The added volume fractions of alcohols in fuels include 0%, 5%, 15%, and 20% based on the motor speed 1000,1500,2000,2500,and 3500 rpm .The emissions of HC and CO are examined. Results show that a significant reduction in engine emissions HC and CO,can be attained by adding ethanol into fuels. The emissions of HC and CO are decreased with an increasing in the ethanol proportion due to pre-mixed oxygen effect.Also, the ethanols are non-lead fuels and have pool fuel effects that can decrease hole precipitate ,and reduce the emission in HC and CO.
