本研究的目的是以創新的合成方式來製備imidates。將腈類化合物加入氯化亞磺醯基(Thionyl chloride)及無水正己烷充份攪拌後,在冰浴及通氮氣的條件下加入無水醇類化合物及無水正己烷反應約為2個小時,濃縮後,再以無水乙醚清洗即可得到粉末狀的imidates。。此外,本研究也從這兩種反應方式比較產率以及反應條件的優缺點。
The purpose of the study is to produce imidates by means of novel process. To the solution of nitrile in hexane, thionyl chloride is added. Followed by the addition of anhydrous alcohol, the mixture is allowed to react for two hours . After evaporation of the solvent and washing with ether, imidates is obtained as a white powder . We have prepared: Methyl propioimidate、Ethyl propioimidate、Methyl butyroimidate、Methyl propioimidate、Ethyl benzenylimidate、Ethyl butyroimidate、n-Butanyl propioimidate .
