組織定位與工作滿意度離職傾向之關聯性研究

摘要


近二十多年來,政府爲了促進工業的發展,開發了第一個六堵工業區後,在全省各地相繼開發了大大小小的工業區,同時爲了管理與維護的需要,在每個工業區依促進産業升級條例第六十三條規定(前爲獎勵投資條例)設置工業區管理機構,肩負起工業區的管理與服務工作,同時亦承上級之命,負責政策的推動與執行重任,但在工業區管理機構的組織運作下,管理服務的功能,逐漸從初期的著重開發,至現今工業區的轉型,不斷的改變,其管理服務的角色,每一階段都有所改變,因此涉及了組織定位的問題。 本文乃從北部工業區管理機構的同仁爲對象,針對從組織定位的探討,來研究未來如果組織定位的改變,與同仁的工作態度和離職傾向,是否會有相關聯性的影響?從相關文獻的探討,發展出假設,再透過問卷的製作、發放、統計分析,產生結論來驗證假設。依照結論顯示了:個人屬性關係與工作滿意度有顯著差異部份成立,個人屬性關係與離職傾向無顯著差異,推翻了原假設,組織定位與工作滿意度有顯著的相關成立,組織定位與離職傾向有顯著的相關成立,工作滿意度與離職傾向有顯著的相關成立。

Abstract Within 20 years, the government in order to promote the industry development when developed the first industrial park. One after another developed greatly the industrial park in entire province each place, simultaneously in order to manage with the maintenance need, (front as reward investment rule) established the industrial park administration agencies in each industrial park according to the promotion industry promotion rule 63rd stipulation, shouldered the industrial park the management and the service work, simultaneously also received life the higher authority, was responsible for the policy the impetus and carries out the heavy responsibility, but in under the industrial park administration agencies organization operation, managed the service the function, gradually from the initial period emphatically develop, to the nowadays industrial park extension, the unceasing change, its management service role, each stage all has the change, Therefore involved the question which the organization located. The thesis uses the case study of the north industrial park administration agencies colleague is the object, in view of the discussion which locates from the organization studies the future if organizes the change which locates, and turnover intention with colleague's work manner, whether can have the connection influence? Sends the display supposition from the correlation literature discussion, again passes the inquiry volume the manufacture, provides the statistical analysis, confirms the supposition. Demonstrated according to the conclusion:Individual attribute relations and work satisfaction has the remarkable difference part is tenable. Individual attribute relations with turnover intention not remarkable difference overthrew the original supposition. The organizational position and job satisfaction has the remarkable correlation had been established. The organizational position with turnover intention has the remarkable correlation had been established. Job satisfaction with turnover intention has the remarkable correlation had been established.
