摘要 本研究旨在對目前液晶電視(LCD TV)產業發展現況進行瞭解,並試圖藉由經營模式分析,提共一個關於液晶電視產業未來發展之可能競爭態勢。由液晶電視產業與相關產業次級資料蒐集研究,瞭解液晶電視產業垂直整合、分工再整合的產業結構,以及因應市場變化之創新事業的競爭策略要點。 本研究從鑽石模型理論解釋不同地理位置(國家),發展出獨特具有全球競爭力的產業如台灣的液晶電視產業。由資源基礎理論,探討企業的資源能力分析,以建購其競爭優勢的策略。透過價值網理論,了解如何提供顧客最佳的便利性、可靠性並迅速遞送客製化產品的優值服務。 論文最後,除了針對液晶面板產業作分析外,從個案探討液晶電視產業的經營,在不同的企業體其經營模式與競爭策略的相異性。進而尋找出不同的企業體,其經營成功關鍵因素的相同性,提供給企業在液晶電視產業經營上的參考。 關鍵字:液晶電視、鑽石理論、資源基礎、價值網
