本研究目的旨在探討桃園縣公立國民小學教師工作價值觀與組織承諾之現況與關係。研究採用調查法,使用自編之「桃園縣國民小學教師工作價值觀與組織承諾問卷」進行問卷調查,以桃園縣公立國小教師為母群體,問卷有效回收率97.1%,有效樣本數共計540份。資料分析採描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、典型相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法。 依據研究發現歸納以下結論: 一、桃園縣公立國小教師之工作價值觀與組織承諾屬於中上程度。 二、不同背景變項(性別、年齡、服務年資、任教地區、學校規模)之桃園縣公立國小教師在工作價值觀上有顯著差異。 三、不同背景變項(性別、年齡、服務年資、擔任職務、任教地區)之桃園縣公立國小教師在組織承諾上有顯著差異。 四、桃園縣公立國小教師工作價值觀與組織承諾有顯著正相關。 五、桃園縣公立國小教師之工作價值觀對組織承諾具有預測作用,其中「成就聲望」是最主要的預測變項 根據研究結果,研究者提出若干建議,做為教育行政機關、學校行政、教師及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of teachers’ work values and organizational commitment in elementary schools. This study adopted a questionnaire survey, and the “teachers’ work values and organizational commitment inventory” was developed as an instrument. The samples were teachers from public elementary schools in Taoyuan County. The return rate was 97.1% and valid samples were 540. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis of t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, canonical correlation, and stepwise regression analysis. The results are listed as follows. 1. The elementary school teachers’ work values and organizational commitment were above the average rank. 2. Teachers with different background variables such as gender, age, length of service, school area, and school size have significantly different work values. 3. Teachers with different background variables such as gender, age, length of service, work position, and school area have significantly different organizational commitment. 4. There was significantly positive correlation between teachers’ work values and organizational commitment. 5. Teachers’ work values can predict organizational commitment, and “achievement prestige” was the best predicator. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions were proposed for educational administrators, school administrators, and teachers.
