本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民小學校長服務領導與學校行政人員知識管理之現況,並分析桃園縣國民小學校長服務領導與學校行政人員知識管理之相關性,以及服務領導對學校行政人員知識管理的預測力。本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣公立國民小學教師為母群體,有效樣本為516位國民小學教師。根據所蒐集的問卷資料,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析與處理。首先探討服務領導與知識管理之現況,其次考驗不同背景變項之國民小學教師對校長服務領導與學校行政人員知識管理之知覺是否有差異,最後探討國民小學校長服務領導與學校行政人員知識管理之相關性以及服務領導對知識管理之預測力。本研究結果分述如下: 一、桃園縣國民小學校長服務領導現況屬於中上程度,其中以「遠見」表 現最佳,而「同理」仍須加強。 二、 桃園縣國民小學學校行政人員知識管理現況屬於中上程度,其中以「知識分享」表現最佳,而「知識創新」有進步的空間。 三、 不同學校規模的教師對校長服務領導有顯著差異,性別,年齡,不同教育程度、不同職務、服務年資、學校所在位置之教師對校長服務領導知覺則無顯著差異。 四、 不同學校規模的教師對知識管理有顯著差異,性別、年齡,不同教育程度、不同職務、服務年資、學校所在位置之教師對行政人員知識管理知覺,則無顯著差異。 五、 服務領導與知識管理具有中度正相關 六、 服務領導各層面中以「建立社群」對於整體學校知識管理最具有預測效果 根據以上研究結果提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校與未來研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation, analyze the relationship and the predict possibility of Taoyuan elementary school principals’ servant leadership and administrative personnels’ knowledge management. The methodology of this research was mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire titled "The relationship between elementary school principals’ servant leadership and administrative principals’ knowledge management questionnaire ". Eventually,516 valid samples were received from public elementary schools. The researcher analyzed the survey data by various statistical methods such as: t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, Canonical correlation analysis and Multiple stepwise regression analysis. The first focus is on the current situation of elementary school principals’ servant leadership and administrative personnels’ knowledge management. Secondly, researcher further investigated how elementary school principals’ servant leadership and administrative personnels’ knowledge management were different in terms of their background. At last the relationship between these two main elements were studied. The research draws the following conclusions: 1. The elementary school teachers scored above average in principals’ servant leadership in which the "vision" the best performance, and "empathy" must strengthen. 2. The elementary school teachers scored above average in knowledge management in which the "knowledge sharing" best performance, and "knowledge innovation " room to improve. 3. Teachers in various sizes of schools have significant difference in leadership of principal. Differences in gender, age, education, position, year of service, and location of the school perceive little differences in leadership principal. 4. Teachers in various sizes of schools have significant difference in knowledge management. Differences in gender, age, education, position, year of service, and location of the school perceive little differences in knowledge management. 5. There is significant positive correlation between principals’ servant leadership and knowledge management . 6. Among the servant leadership factors, "Building community "can predict knowledge management most effectively. Finally, based on the conclusions above, suggestions are given to educational administration institutions and researchers.
