ERP系統績效之個案研究

摘要


隨著國際化趨勢,企業為了提高自身的競爭優勢,除了變更經營模式、擴展市場規模外,就屬資源整合為其核心策略,故現代企業無不積極進行企業資源規劃 (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP) 系統的導入工作,因此,ERP 以嚴然成為企業組織再造的必經之路。 ERP 系統導入對於企業經營的好處以及優勢,在很多的文獻裡面都分析的相當明確,基本上來說,只要在規劃初期能做好必要的組織重組、慎選顧問公司以及募集足夠資金,ERP 的導入工作就可以順利完成,然而,隨著時間的推移,很多企業自己的 ERP 系統反而成為了企業進化的隱憂,除了運作效能不彰與企業認知的預期效益越離越遠外,最重要的發現,莫過於無法確實得知到底系統是哪裡出了問題?如何在系統已經導入且情況下,採計畫性方案逐步修正問題? 本研究針對企業在導入 ERP 三年之後,系統對於企業之實質效益與預期效益間,是否有因時間更加趨近為出發點,並以李克特綜合尺度(Likert Scaling)法為基準進行。研究文案中,會以五個構面進行分析與探討,配合深入訪談的結果推導出問題的癥結,並提供有效的解套方向。期望這個成果能幫助企業更準確的進行 ERP 系統導入後的修正工作。

With the International trend, In addition to changing business model and expanding the market size. The integration of resources on itself is a core strategy when enterprises will be improve their competitiveness. So all of the enterprise are import ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system actively. Therefore, to implement ERP system is the only way to achieve the business process reengineering (BPR). A lot of papers and documents insides all have to definitely point out that ERP system implementation behind for enterprise management of advantage and benefit. In Basically, If we can plan initial stage's doing the organization reorganizing , funds of good necessity's collecting and choicing an adviser company carefully, the system implement can complete smoothly. But after a period of time, the ERP of a lot of enterprise oneselfs system on the contrary becomes the secret worry of enterprise evolution. In addition to the effect of ERP rather expects and lowly. The most important detection are where is the real worng in system and how to revise these problems with step-by-step in running system ? This research conducts a case that whether the expectation efficiency of ERP system approaches actual efficiency more after the enterprise had been improve system for three years age. This research will take Likert-Scaling's rules as foundation's carrying. In this research I used five key indicators and conducted a series of interview to get the real problems are. And make use of conclusion to provide an effective solutions. Expect these results could help enterprise to more accurately, carry on system revised after ERP system implementation.
