彩色濾光片廠系統模擬建構與分析

摘要


本研究針對4.5代薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器(Thin Film Transistor - Liquid Crystal Display, TFT-LCD)彩色濾光片(Color Filter)建構一個AutoMod的模擬系統。針對CF廠的生產特性與限制列入考慮,搜集相關資料如客戶訂單,生產設備,物料搬運工具和倉庫等。根據系統的各項產出資料與個案工廠的實際生產資料比較,進行魚骨圖各項因子的敏感度分析和實驗設計,驗證其模擬系統是否具代表性。發展一前瞻式(Look-ahead)投料策略試圖增加CF廠的生產績效,藉由生產率與稼動率績效指標來評估Look-ahead前瞻式(Look-ahead)投料策略的績效。由於系統模擬有非常複雜不同的參數、操作細節,它是正確的表示出影響關鍵性能指標的參數,如系統的吞吐量。決策者可透過此模擬系統進行What-if分析選擇較佳的生產方案實際應用至工廠可以有效降低風險,確保改善結果。

A failure planning strategy may result in broken credit of a company. To improve this issue, An AutoMod simulation model is constructed for real-world 4.5th-generation (4.5G) Thin Film Transistor - Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD) Color Filter (CF) fabrication plants in this study. The characteristics and data of customer orders, production facility, material handling tools, and warehouse (also called stocker) are collected from real plants. Using fishbone analysis, sensitivity analysis and experimental design, a series of simulation experiments are conducted and the resulting simulation model is representative to the CF plants. Advanced strategies of planning and scheduling are developed and tried to implement in color filter fabs to effenciently enhance the capacity. Furthermore, a look-ahead release planning strategy is implemented in the model to evaluate the key performance index of productivity, equipment capacity and lead time. Better alternatives leading to higher system throughput can be identified in system simulation before its real implementation in the fab. As the simulation model is complex and had different parameters representing the operation details in the plants, it is of interest to justify the effects of these parameters to the key performance indicators such as system throughput. Decision makers can conduct what-if analysis by simulating and evaluating different improvement alternatives before any policy is applied to the shop floor and ensure the success of the policy before it is really implemented.
