摘 要 本研究旨在探討桃園縣國小學生知覺教師家長式領導與班級經營效能的現況,並瞭解導師家長式領導與班級經營效能之相關情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣國小六年級學生為母群體,實際有效樣本為582位學生。所得資料使用描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數考驗、積差相關與逐步多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。茲歸納本研究的主要結論如下: 一、國小學生知覺教師家長式領導之現況良好,以「仁慈領導」得分最高,「德行領導」次之,「威權領導」得分最低。 二、國小學生知覺教師班級經營效能之現況良好,以「教師教學品質」得分最高,「班級常規表現」得分最低。 三、不同班級人數與學校規模的國小學生對教師家長式領導的知覺有顯著差異。 四、不同學生性別、擔任班級幹部狀況、學校規模與學校位置的國小學生對教師班級經營效能的知覺部分有顯著差異。 五、國小學生所知覺的教師家長式領導與班級經營效能具有顯著正相關 六、國小學生所知覺的教師家長式領導對班級經營效能具有預測力,其中,「仁慈領導」對班級經營效能的預測力最高。 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對教育行政機關、學校、教師與未來研究之建議。
The purpose of this study was to explore the current status of teachers’ paternalistic leadership and class management effectiveness perceived by elementary school students in Taoyuan County and to analyze the relationship between teachers’ paternalistic leadership and class management effectiveness.. This study employed questionnaire survey method. The subjects were 582 sixth-grade elementary school students in Taoyuan County. These collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The present degree of elementary school teachers’ paternalistic leadership perceived by students reached higher than the middle level. Teachers did very well on “benevolence leadership”, followed by “moral leadership”, but did worst on “authoritarianism leadership”. 2. The present degree of elementary school teachers’ class management effectiveness perceived by students reached higher than the middle level. Teachers did very well on the “teaching quality”, but did worst on the “class rules”. 3. The elementary school teachers’ paternalistic leadership percieved by students existed significant differences in the different class size and school size. 4. The elementary school teachers’ class management effectiveness percieved by students existed significant differences in the different students’ sex, class cadre, school size, and school location. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between elementary school teachers’ paternalistic leadership and class management effectiveness. 6. The elementary school teachers’ paternalistic leadership was notably predictable to the classroom management effectiveness. Among the leadership, teachers’ benevolence leadership had the greatest predictability of the class management effectiveness”. According to the findings of this study, some suggestions were provided for educational institutions, elementary schools, teachers and future researchers.
