平板電腦是近年來消費性電子商品中最為火熱的產品之一,各家品牌業者無不全力投入龐大的人物力經費在平板電腦上的創新,科技產品日新月異,愈來愈多貼近消費者需求的創新機能,使得平板電腦功能上似乎有可能取代筆記型電腦的趨勢。基於上述現況,本研究欲針對已擁有筆記型電腦的使用經驗者,對於以平板電腦取代筆記型電腦的購買可能性分析。由國內外諸多學者指出,使用者對於新科技的接受,取決於使用者主觀的認為有用性及認知易用性,進而影響到使用態度。因此本研究以學者 Davis的科技接受模式 (Technology acceptance model, TAM) 做為理論基礎,以多重個案研究作為研究方法,及個案訪談方式進行資料蒐集及分析,企圖了解使用者在購買消費性電子產品時,是否考慮購買平板電腦取代筆記型電腦。 研究的結果發現: 1. 平板電腦的易用性認知對使用態度是正向的。 2. 平板電腦的有用性認知對使用態度是不顯著的。 3. 使用態度對於使用平板電腦替代筆記型電腦的意圖關係是負向的。 4. 使用平板電腦的意圖對於實際購買平板電腦替代筆記型電腦是不明顯的。
Tablet PC is one of the most popular consumer electronics for the past few years. All manufactures invested a variety of resources in its innovation. Technologies change every day and create the functions closely fit consumers’ needs. It caused the trend toward to tablet PC from notebook PC. Based on above observation, this research analyzed the possibility of notebook users purchase tablet PC instead of notebook PC. Pointed from international scholars, the acceptability of using new technologies depends on users’ subjectively perceived usefulness and perceived ease of used about the new products. It will affect their attitude toward using. Therefore, this research based on the Davis’s theory of TAM (technology acceptance model) and took multiple case study as researching method to do case interview for collecting data and analysis. It attempts to comprehend the possibilities of user’s purchasing tendency to see if they will purchase tablet instead of notebook when choosing consumer electronics. Results of this study: 1.“Perceived ease of used” for the tablet PC “attitude toward using” has a significant positive effect. 2.“Perceived usefulness” for the tablet PC “attitude toward using” no significant correlation. 3.“Attitude toward using” for the intention of using tablet PC replace notebook has a significant negative effect. 4.Intention of using tablet PC for the purchasing tablet PC to replace Notebook has no significant correlation.
