應用IDEF方法於倉儲流程之研究-以個案公司倉儲管理系統為例程之研究-以個案公司倉儲管理系統為例

企業為了提升倉儲作業效率，必須避免人為失誤及成非預期成本的增加，故需透過倉儲管理系統執行倉儲作業，本個案研究為求倉儲管理系統能符合該個案公司需求，係將IDEF方法論族系中之IDEF0與IDEF3結構化優點加以結合，使參與人員能有效溝通，以從事倉儲管理系統再造，且本研究考量時間及成本之因素，將倉儲作業中的繳庫、理貨、出貨之需求時間予以分析，然後評估整體流程的改善情形及效益。

In order to elevate the efficiency of the warehousing activities, a business has to avoid the mistakes of its staffs. This always results in the increasing of unexpected costs. Therefore, applying the warehouse management system ( WMS hereafter ) to deal with the warehousing activities is necessary. This case study incorporates the advantages of structured processes of IDEF3 with IDEF0 to do the reengineering of the WMS of the case company so as to make the communication among all the company more effectively, and this makes the WMS more applicable to the firm. This study considered the factors of time and cost. It analyzed the activity time of warehouse check-in, warehouse check-out and delivery, and then evaluate the improvement and efficiency of the whole processes.
