隨著社會少子化現象日趨嚴重,以及家長對子女的保護、不願意讓兒女受到太大的挫折,導致現在員工與企業業主有較多的認知差異,特別是在工作上的溝通感受、以及對工作所帶來的滿足感,都影響著企業內部員工的流動率與向心力。此外,對各種不同背景的員工,同樣的溝通方式也會產生不同的感受及效果,主管要採取的溝通方式也因人而異。因此,本研究從員工溝通滿足感來探討對員工工作滿足感的關聯性,並以五大人格特質將員工分類,藉以分析出五大人格特質在員工溝通滿足的交互作用後,將對工作滿足感帶來的影響。 本研究採問卷調查法,以便利抽樣方式發放問卷,共計回收285份問卷,280份有效問卷,可用率98.25% 。問卷資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析及多元逐步迴歸進行分析,本研究結果如下: 一、溝通滿足與工作滿足之關聯性分析中,以「溝通氣候」與「向上溝通」對工作滿足感受最顯著。 二、人格特質與工作滿足之關聯性分析中,以「外向性」與「情緒穩定性」對工作滿足影響最顯著。 三、加入五大人格特質干擾變數後,溝通滿足與工作滿足之關聯性分析中,以「溝通滿足與嚴謹性交互作用」、「溝通氣候與開放性交互作用」、「溝通氣候與嚴謹性交互作用」、「溝通氣候與外向性交互作用」、「溝通氣候與親善性交互作用」、「向上溝通與開放性交互作用」、「向上溝通與嚴謹性交互作用」、「向上溝通與親善性交互作用」等8項對工作滿足有顯著影響。
Fewer and fewer babies were born nowadays, and most of parents protect their children from suffering too much frustration: as a result, employees and business owners now have more cognitive differences, especially in communication and job satisfaction, which all affect the internal staff’s turnover and the centripetal force. In addition, with employees coming from different backgrounds, using the same way of communication will bring different feelings and results: therefore, the communication methods used by managers should be different according to differences in individuals. This study investigates the interrelation between employees’ job satisfaction and employees’ communication satisfaction, and then it categorizes the employees based on the five personality categories, in order to analyze their impacts on employees’ job satisfaction by analyzing the interaction between the five personality traits and employees’ communication satisfaction. This study uses surveys with random sampling. A total of 285 questionnaires were recovered, among which 280 questionnaires were valid. The availability is 98.25%. Questionnaire data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. In the analysis of the correlation between communication satisfaction and job satisfaction, the most obvious job satisfaction feelings are “job climate” and “upward communication”. 2. In the correlation analysis between personality traits and job satisfaction, the most obvious job satisfaction feelings are “extraversion” and “emotional stability”. 3. After adding five personality disturbance variables, the following eight traits were found to have significant impacts on job satisfaction: (1) the interaction between communication satisfaction and rigor; (2) the interaction between communication climate and communication openness; (3) the interaction between communication climate and rigor; (4) the interaction between communication climate and extraversion; (5) the interaction between communication climate and goodwill; (6) the interaction between upward communication and communication openness; (7) the interaction between upward communication and rigor; and (8) the interaction between upward communication and goodwill.
