涵蓋因子在馬可夫可用度模型的配置與靈敏度分析

摘要


當系統需依賴複聯 (redundancy) 保護裝置,例如並聯 (parallel)、現役-備用 (active-standby)、n個中至少k個成功 (k-out-of-n) 等,以幫助其提昇並達到可靠度與可用度目標時,基本設計因子如系統可靠度結構、所用零組件的故障率及各故障模式的修復率,可依零組件的可靠度、系統物理條件、成本等限制條件,而進行分析與選用。對於系統的控制用因子,如控制用子系統的可靠度、系統內部監督頻率等,一般通稱為涵蓋因子 (Coverage Factors) 的選擇,則常以經驗法則決定其數值,以併同前述基本設計因子,進行系統的可靠度分析。 本研究假設在系統基本設計因素,已經決定的情況下,探討如何量化分析系統的控制用因子。應用系統的馬可夫 (Markov) 可靠度或可用度模型,由一狀態至另一狀態的轉移特性,找出對系統的可靠度及可用度有重大影響的涵蓋因子。據此,可作涵蓋因子進一步的配置和靈敏度分析,以決定各涵蓋因子的可靠度水準與設計要求,使系統設計得以微調並改善其可靠度與可用度。

When a system needs redundancy reliability structure such as parallel, active-standby, k-out-of-n, etc., for enhancing its capability to reach reliability and availability targets, basic design factors such as system reliability structure, components and modules failure rates, and repair rate for each failure mode, can be determined based on conditions of their reliability level, physical limitations, cost and market availability. Another group of control factors of the system, such as reliability of control subsystem, internal system monitoring frequency, etc., are called coverage factors. The value of coverage factors are generally determined by experience of development team. With all design factors determined, system reliability analysis and prediction can be performed. This research is based on assumption that values of basic design factors are predetermined. Under this circumstance, quantitative analysis of coverage factors using Markov system reliability and availability modeling technique can be performed. Based on the characteristics of transition from one state to the another state in the graph, coverage factors which have significant impact on system reliability and availability can be identified. Furthermore, allocation and sensitivity analysis on the coverage factors can be performed for system design fine tuning and system reliability and availability improvement.
