國中綜合活動領域實施「問題本位學習」對九年級學生學習成效的影響

摘要


本研究目的在於瞭解國中綜合活動領域實施「問題本位學習」(Problem-Based Learning, PBL)對九年級學生學習成效的影響。本研究採取準實驗研究法中的「不等組前測-後測控制組設計」以桃園市太陽國中(匿名)九年級的二個班級為研究對象,其中實驗組為33人,控制組為34人,實驗組接受PBL教學,控制組則為接受傳統講述式教學。本研究為期五週,每週一堂課,共五堂課,所使用的研究工具為「問題解決能力量表」、「合作學習態度量表」以及「綜合活動學習成就測驗」。資料分析以單因子共變數分析後,提出以下幾點發現: 一、實施PBL教學模式後,學生在問題解決能力上有顯著的提昇。 二、實施PBL教學模式後,學生在合作學習態度上有顯著的提昇。 三、實施PBL教學模式後,學生在綜合活動學習成就上有顯著的提昇。 四、實施PBL以及學習單元後能夠提昇學生人際互動的技巧。 最後依研究結果所得之意見提出對教學以及未來研究上的建議。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the impact of learning achievements of ninth-grade students, while using Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in integrated activity learning area. Two ninth-grade classes of an elementary school in Tauyuan City were selected to be the research samples which were divided into the experimental group (n=33) and the control group (n=34). PBL was used in the instruction for the experimental group and traditional instruction was used for the control group. The teaching lasted 5 weeks and 5 class sessions were included. Three research instruments - Scale of Problem Solving Ability Assessment, Scale of Cooperation Attitude Assessment and Learning Achievement Test. The quantitative data analysis methods included one-way ANCOVA. The conclusions of this study were as followings: 1. There is significant difference between experiment and control group at the grades of Scale of Problem Solving Ability Assessment. 2. There is significant difference between experiment and control group at the grades of Scale of Cooperation Attitude Assessment. 3. There is significant difference between experiment and control group at the grades of Learning Achievement Test. 4. After the PBL model teaching, students’ interpersonal skills were enhanced. Based on the results of this study, solid suggestions were provided as references for in-service teachers and further studies in the future.
