私立高中教師生涯發展與教師專業學習社群關係之研究-以桃園縣為例

A Study on Relationship between Teacher’s Career Development and Teacher’s Professional Learning Community of Private Senior High Schools in Taoyuan County.

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣私立高中教師生涯發展與教師專業學習社群現況,並分析不同個人背景與環境變項之教師知覺生涯發展與專業學習社群之差異情形;最後,則探討教師生涯發展與專業學習社群之相關與預測情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以分層隨機抽樣及立意抽樣,共計抽取桃園縣17所私立高中,525位私立高中教師。有效問卷502份,可用率95.6%。問卷所得資料運用統計套專軟體 SPSS for Windows18.0 版進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關,LSD及多元迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結論如下: 一、桃園縣私立高中教師之整體生涯發展程度屬中高程度,其中以「能力建立」層面感受較高;以「穩定停滯」層面感受最低。 二、桃園縣私立高中教師之整體專業學習社群程度屬中高程度,其中以「支持情境」層面感受較高;以「共享領導」層面感受最低。 三、不同年齡、擔任職務與婚姻狀況之桃園縣私立高中教師,在「生涯發展」知覺上具顯著差異。 四、不同年齡與婚姻狀況之桃園縣私立高中教師,在「專業學習社群」知覺上具顯著差異。 五、桃園縣私立高中教師生涯發展與專業學習社群二者呈顯著中度正相關。 六、桃園縣私立高中教師生涯發展之「專業成熟」層面,對整體專業學習社群最有預測力。 根據以上研究結果,對教育行政主管機關、學校教師及未來研究者提出具體建議,以供參考。

The purpose of this study was to examine the current situation of private senior high school teachers’career development and teachers’ professional learning communities in Taoyuan County, and analyze the differences of teachers’ perceptions on teachers’ career development and teachers’ professional learning communities from various personal background and school environment variables. Finally, the relationship and prediction between teachers’ career development and teachers’ professional learning communities were investigated. A questionnaire survey was used in this study.Stratified Random Sampling and purposively sampling method were selected through 525 teacher samples from 17 private senior high schools in Taoyuan County and 502 of them were valid, which is 95.6﹪. With the application of software of SPSS 18.0 for windows, the sampling was analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, LSD and multiple stepwise regression. Conclusions obtained in this study were as the followings: 1.The current situation of private senior high school teachers’ perceptions in Taoyuan County of teachers’ career development was “above average”, especially in“ability establishment”, but “stable stagnancy” was“below average”. 2.The current situation of private senior high school teachers’ perceptions in Taoyuan County of was teachers’ professional learning communities “above average” , especially in“support situation”, but “shared leadership” was“below average”. 3. Private senior high school teachers in Taoyuan County with different age, job position,and marital status significantly differed in the perceptions of teachers’ career development. 4. Private senior high school teachers in Taoyuan County with different age, and marital status significantly differed in the perception of teachers’ professional learning communities. 5. There was medium significant positive correlation between teachers’ career development and teachers’ professional learning communities. 6. “Professional manure” in teachers’ career development had more significant prediction power on teachers’ professional learning communities as a whole. Based on the research conclusions, the suggestions are proposed for educational administrated institutions, schools, teachers and researchers in the future.
