國民中學校長科技領導、教師資訊素養與教師工作滿意度關係之研究:以桃園市為例

A Study of Relationship among Junior High School Principals’ Technology Leadership , Teachers’ Information Literacy and Teachers’ Job Satisfaction: Taoyuan County as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討國民中學校長科技領導、教師資訊素養與教師工作滿意度之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及預測情形,並探討三者因果徑路關係與集群關係。 本研究使用問卷調查法,再輔以質性訪談。問卷調查以桃園市公立國民中學教師為研究母群,採部份便利抽樣,部份隨機抽樣,抽取27所學校,856位教師為研究樣本,以國中教師「校長科技領導問卷」、「教師資訊素養問卷」及「教師工作滿意度問卷」為研究工具實施調查;共回收798份問卷,去除無效問卷71份,得有效問卷727份,可用率為84.9%。 問卷回收後,以描述性統計、平均數分析及單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程式與集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。訪談對象則抽取十位教師含兼任行政職教師進行訪談,以了解量化考驗差異之真實情形。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市國民中學校長科技領導現況呈「中高」程度、教師資訊素養現況呈「高」程度,教師工作滿意度現況呈「中高」程度表現。 二、不同背景變項之桃園市國民中學校長科技領導、教師資訊素養與教師工作滿意度知覺有所不同。 三、桃園市國民中學校長科技領導、教師資訊素養與教師工作滿意度呈現中度正相關。 四、桃園市國民中學校長科技領導與教師資訊素養對教師工作滿意度具有預測力。 五、桃園市國民中學教師資訊素養對校長科技領導與教師工作滿意度不具中介效果。 六、桃園市十三個行政區國民中學校長科技領導、教師資訊素養與教師工作滿意度有 群聚關係。 七、受訪者對校長科技領導、教師資訊素養與教師工作滿意度等不同知覺差異原因有相似觀點。 根據上述所得之結果,提出本研究對教育行政機關、國民中學校長、國民中學教師與後續研究之建議。

This study is aimed to explore the relationships among principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ information literacy and teaching’ job satisfaction of junior high school in Taoyuan County, , analysis of the differences, related to the prediction of different background variables, and to explore the relationship between the three causal pathways relationship cluster. This study used questionnaires, supplemented by qualitative interviews. The approach adopted questionnaires and using part of the convenience sampling, some random sampling to investigate 856 samples that teachers from 27 junior high schools in Taoyuan County. Receiving back 798 valid ones after the elimination of 71 invalid ones. The valid response rate is 84.9%. Collecting data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, F-test, Pearson correlation and SEM. The interviews includes 10 teachers included individual the executive grade teacher interviews, quantitative test of differences to understand the real situation. The results showed that: 1. According to the results, the degree of “principals' technology leadership” to those respondents is middle to high; the degree of “teachers’ information literacy” is high, the degree of “teachers’ job satisfaction” is middle to high. 2. The background variables have strong influences to the three factors. 3. There is a moderate correlation between every two variables of “principals' technology” leadership”, “teachers’ information literacy” and “teachers’ job satisfaction”. 4. “Principals' technology leadership” and “teachers’ information literacy ”are significantly predictable toward “teachers’ job satisfaction”. 5. “Teachers’ information literacy” is not the indicator (moderate variable) of “principals' technology leadership ” and “teachers’ job satisfaction”. 6. Junior high school students of Taoyuan City’s 13 districts , in sense of “principals' technology” leadership”, “teachers’ information literacy” and “teachers’ job satisfaction” have a cluster relationship, they may be better to divide into three groups. 7. There are similar opinions among the interviews about the three factors. Finally, according to the findings above, suggestions are given to educational administrations , junior high school principals , junior high school teachers and future research of this study.
