大手牽小手政策融入英文教學對技術型高中學生學習成效影響之研究

A Study on the Influence of the “Hands     Together” Policy into English Teaching on  Students’ Learning Outcomes of Vocational High  School

摘要


本研究旨在探究高中生文化交流學習活動的經驗累積,及英文科教師配合文化交流活動設計課程來親身體會的實施成效。本研究利用文化交流活動活動方案的設計,選出自由報名且熱愛語言學習的32名學生為研究對象進行活動,研究者採用參與觀察法、焦點團體訪談、問卷回饋單等方法蒐集資料進行分析。 歸納本研究的結論如下: 一、 文化交流學習活動融入高中英文教學實施後,利用任務達成的經驗增加學生學 習過程的豐富性。 二、 文化交流學習活動融入高中英文教學實施後,學生在學習投入上獲得個人及在 團體間的成長。 三、 文化交流學習活動融入高中英文教學實施後,協助教師在教學過程中不斷的省 思並進行最適教學方式。 四、文化交流學習活動融入高中英文教學實施後,對教師專業成長有正面的幫助。

The purpose of this research is to explore the experience accumulation of high school students' cultural exchange learning activities, and English teachers to design courses in cooperation with cultural exchange activities to personally experience the effectiveness of the implementation. This study uses the design of cultural exchange activities , and selects 32 students who are free to sign up and love language learning as the research objects. The researcher uses the methods of participation observation, focus group interviews, and questionnaire feedback forms to collect data for analysis. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: (1) After cultural exchange learning activities are integrated into the implementation of high school English teaching, use the experience of task fulfillment to increase the richness of the students' learning process. (2) After cultural exchange learning activities are integrated into high school English teaching, students will gain personal and group growth in learning investment. (3) After cultural exchange learning activities are integrated into the implementation of high school English teaching, assist teachers to continuously reflect and implement the most appropriate teaching methods in the teaching process. (4) After cultural exchange learning activities are integrated into the implementation of high school English teaching, they will positively help teachers' professional growth.
